[Outerplane] Are Limited Tickets an ISSUE ? Why Are they In The Game !

The thing is, 500k to 1M is really comfortable for live service , it covers most of the bills and has a margin for profit, not much but better than nothing, and this is a turn based and not open world, so development coasts are way less than their open world and battle room competitors. And Games with smaller player base actually save from the server domains , since they don't need high capacity, for example hoyo would pay probably millions for the server domains to host the 65M genshin players, while VA games would be like 100k for the 500K players. It leaves them in a limbo though, and like I told you in my response in the last video, making a character can go up to 100k, so assuming someone like KOE Tamamo costed as much then they need to go harsh on the tickets, rates and FOMO to recoup and profit

@@hafizhasan3668 Outerplane was starting to be an 100k game before limited tickets so I think that's why they were introduced. Since then , we have been a 500k game. But that's with JP server joining in. Those guys are carrying us. I do believe 500K per month is fine, that's 6 mill per year and should be enough for general OPEX and keep the investors kinda happy. Little gains but still

I read some statistics that showed that the West doesn't make even a fragment of gacha income, it's mostly JP, KR & CN with CN being the biggest, so it makes sense that sales spiked after JP launch Most of the time gacha revenue was off the actual numbers is because it doesn't account PC sales, outerplane has no pc port so I would assume it's around $500k to $600k , which sadly doesn't please investors and publishers , if they don't find a way to go mainstream I fear we won't make it past the second anniversary

Limited tickets and the limited/festival unit system is the reason why I quit this game, sadly. The game was much more F2P friendly before that happened. I'm already playing too many gacha games to be spending a lot in all of them, so this was the game I quit because of it.

I am a 96 days f2p player. I have 4 star S Regina, 5 star G Dahlia and 5 star H Tamamo. I also have 3 star D Stella, D Astei and D Drakhan. A 5 star Monad Eva. My point is the gatcha system is very generous for f2p even with limited tickets compared to other gatcha games I play. The real problem is actually the packs. Except the Veronica pack and terminus isle pack all other packs are ridiculous. I also play Path to nowhere. The packs there are so tempting because of how vfm they are. I have even spent some money there. If outerplane rationalise their packs and make it decent people like me may spend some money and actually help increase their money.

This game has some of the most expensive perks of any game I play and I play several. The most expensive single thing I buy is the pass. $23 for a skin is trash. If the skins where cheaper, I'd buy more of them, at their current cost, I buy none.

Much as most people (myself included) don't like to admit to it - these games are a business. Businesses exist for 1 reason and 1 reason only - to make money. F2P as a model is antithetical to making money. Where I think Outerplane is failing is what someone else said - the cost of the packs is ridiculous. Kovian himself made this point when it comes to the skins. $25 USD for a skin with nothing else unless you buy it on Battle Pass or an Event pack. $12 USD for pack with 10-pull tickets and maybe enough gems for another pull. And your odds of pulling anything useful? Really low. $5 10-pull pack with no gems, just tickets and you can buy say, 20 of them max during an event? Oh you'll get people dropping cash if the unit is good. Their pricing makes no sense.

Im okay with Limited tickets its just annoying you cant farm Shards for dupes afterwards for these Limited characters its just i wish we could farm the shards After the limited character event so we can 5 star them, Im just saying for a. GACHA Game outerplanes prices of their packs and such is kinda wild you get so little for spending so much

I think if you could farm them then they are no longer Limited. It will lead to the same problem they have of people no spending. If you only needed to summon one copy and farm the rest then there is no need to spend to get more copies. Revenue suffers again and game shuts down

I don't get it. Supposedly, Tamano ignores Agile Response, then if she can go first before anyone else in arena, she can do quite a bit of damage that first turn, because Nella will still get the immunity the first chance she got.

Well there is an immunity set that people put. So she wont be debuffing anyone. Unless on your level of arena no one has immunity sets on their units. Then I guess you are fine

@@ItsKovian I don't think anyone uses that yet. I am diamond rank in arena. It's actually a problem that they don't have immunity. I still use Veronica and her two combat skills make both D.Stella and M.Eva to trigger thier effects.

@@ricardoj376 No one is a stretch. Some people do use immunity. I have immunity on my units on defense and I do meet some people with it. But if it's no problem then sure. I guess you can use Tamamo to great success
