Looks like you can use step up rings too.
@Outex5 жыл бұрын
That's correct Sky. Step up ring MAY create vignetting. So by using Outex glass sizes you will not have vignetting. Step up rings are a way to 'cheat' that. Please contact support if you have questions.

Não entendi como colocar o anel que vem antes da rosca. É virado pra baixo ou pra cima?
@Outex2 жыл бұрын
Think of the washer as the "female" to the cover lip's "male". So the "open" end goes "down" towards the cover, and the "closed" end goes "up" against the nut, which in turn threads them together creating the seal. You can see additional details on our Installation and Questions pages/menus of the Outex website.
Why don't you guys have a purchasing link in the description?

Will it produce a vignetting if I will use a 120mm dome on my 24mm lens?
@Outex7 жыл бұрын
No vignetting if you use the Dome 120mm, even at wider angles Eli.
@Outex6 жыл бұрын
No vignetting. Our Domes are glass (not acrylic or plastic), and when correctly matched with the right Outex adaptors/brackets for ANY/ALL lenses, you will have no vignetting whatsoever. It's optically second to none.

What’s the max depth? 18m?
@Outex3 жыл бұрын
The Outex system technically does not care about depth because it's flexible. So below a certain depth the water pressure will begin to press the camera/lens buttons, and operational functionality decreases. Outex is rated for 10 meters, or about 33 feet as guidance. And while some will take it twice that, it's not meant to be scuba gear. Outex.com covers this and more.

My problem with this (over the price), I can't flip out the screen of my camera (GH4, GH5s). Many times I need 'cause I can't stand behind the camera.
@Outex5 жыл бұрын
Technically you can Norbert. You can use a large cover, float the rear glass, and flip out the screen as much as you'd like. Enjoy

Technically you can. You can explore the FAQs pages for more, that there's some room for angling the rear LCD, or you can float the rear glass and angle it quite a bit.
