This is one of those songs that showed and proved what Outkast and Hip Hop on a whole was capable of. Being able to demonstrate the deep connection of Rap with its Funk, Soul, Blues, And Gospel roots. I Love and appreciate your reaction and appreciation for this. It reminds me of when I first had listened to it when this rekkid was first released so many years ago. It is wonderful how it has retained its ability to take our breath away and leave us speechless.
