He really brought Jamie Fraser to life. I read the novels years before Outlander was a show. He is exactly how the character is meant to look. Exactly how I imagined him. I wish we could have seen his refrigerator like the other Mens Health videos.

As I'm getting older, this type of workout really good for me. Those heavy weights and bulking up is behind me now. 👍😁

It's fantastic that you commute your phisical training in an occasion to help people with your project peak Challenge. You take care of your body and, at the same time, of your soul. And, between them the soul is the best wiew 😊😊😊😊

He trains by the Gym Jones method. His trainer used to be and maybe still is Ed Napper. Look him up, an amazing dude.

I don’t think I could’ve done any of that even in my 20s maybe the rowing machine 😂 so glad his charity has raised that much money. Awesome 👏🏻

Absolutely agree with outdoor workouts and hiking! There's nothing better than being in the nature working out or just do long walks 🥾 Also for me personally this training method with the high reps works best. Did it a lot in the cross fit programs and gives me amazing results 🏋️ Will join this days also your training program, especially because it's for a good cause 🙌

0:20 “I recently did ‘Bloodshot’ with Vin Diesel, which is a very physical part. I put on as much muscle as I could.” - Men’s Health proceeds to show a clip of Heughan and Diesel as their characters in CGI. 😅

His body wasn't CGI'd, nor did he wear enhanced costumes, if that's what you're implying. You probably didn't see the movie, but feel the need to blab your trap.

@@glh4823 I wasn’t insulting Heughan or Diesel at all. If you had adequate reading comprehension skills, you would have known what I was saying.

Is it a joke ? xD Are you showing real weights there ? I'm so much smaller than him (seize and muscle) and lift way more in both reps and weight O_O Was it on purpose so people feel good or something ? Maybe you train 3 times a day though...
