Claire's Escape Is Interrupted | Outlander

Just as Claire is about to mount her horse and escape Castle Leoch, Jamie informs her that it will be more difficult than she thinks, in this clip from Season 1 Episode 4.
Season 1 Episode 4: The Gathering shows Claire's attempt at her first real planned escape. The run-ins she has with various characters on the way include a major run-in with Dougal, and yet another moment with Jamie alone - building their relationship. This particular episode of ‘Outlander’ has always been my favourite, I believe it was the beginning of the realisation that Jamie and Claire actually had feelings for each other, and their special relationship blossomed from then on into the magnificent obsession that it has become, an epic love affair of two mythical beings bound by ties that are so strong nothing will tare them apart, their bond will last for an eternity, Diana Gabaldon has created the most memorable romantic love 💕 story ever told 💖

You just have to look into their faces and you know that they already have feelings for each other and Claire trusts Jamie already, otherwise she would not have followed him back to the castle after she had prepared everything so meticulously for her escape and she had knocked out the drunken Dougal. Unfortunately, this put Jamie in the precarious position of taking his oath to Column, but things never go smoothly at Outlander. 🥰

Asking to the two AMAZING actor Sam/actress Catriona: When both start to filming this outstanding serie OUTLANDER, where did you think, at that time, this serie was going to be? This serie is fantastic ... I love it ... I even think started reading the books, taking notes and knowning the serie... in Portugal we still are the final of 4th serie, I going to do a kind of draft of a possible screenplay ... Hopping someone inside the serie can respond... And I think Jamie's sacrifation to left the stable to finally come out isnt just because so claire is safe, its also to make sure she didnt try to run away again and is with him in Leoch couse he loves her already
