This is about Morocco, and probably inspired by band member Isam. It's so sad in general how young ones, sometimes as young as here, think they're better off drowning in the ocean than staying where injustice doesn't let them see a future. Everytime I listen to this song, tears come down immediately. I don't know if it's a combination of music, brilliant lyrics, message, and dystopian video clip.
