Thanks for putting this video up - helped me relive yesterday. This was only my second UK triathlon (and first at this distance) as we live overseas, so I thought the water was freezing!! And yes, weeds - a couple of times my face was completely covered as I turned to breathe. Agree about the bike route, but I loved it too. I was also worried I might cramp up on the run as my legs were twitching on the second half of the ride, but managed to not think about it and just kept taking on High5. Very impressed at you doing so many full-length tri's - I am quite happy with this distance for now! All the best for your future plans.

Well done ! I had McDonald's after my race too ... fat, protein and carbs in after the race :D
