My favorite Christmas memory was this year, mom was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and spread to her liver and Christmas Eve (yesterday) we were nervous at the hospital about hearing the results and the nurse comes in and hugs mom and says that her treatments were working and she is almost cancer free. Still has about 4 chemo treatments left then she will be. That was the best gift I’ve ever gotten for Christmas and I was relieved to know that my mom who I am close with will be around for my wedding and kids one day. Merry Christmas outlaw family

My favorite Christmas memory is our Christmas party at the church with my grand before she passed away. She was the life of the party. Always giving the best advice. My favorite Christmas memory is now last year when we got to spend our last Christmas with my mom and she got to spoil her grandkids one last time!! Life is short so be sure to cherish the moments while you have them because you never know what will happen in the following year! We miss her so bad but so blessed we have the memories! Also a few years back when I got to come home from deployment just a few days before Christmas, that was the best gift!

My favorite Christmas was 2018. It was the last Christmas spent with my mom she was sick with stage 4 brain cancer and passed a few months after. Even though she was sick she made sure we had the best Christmas ever. It was sad for sure but it's the Christmas I will keep in my heart the rest of my life. Hope y'all had a wonderful Christmas this year.

One of, if not my favorite Christmas moment/memory wasn’t when I was a kid, was too poor. Instead it’s hearing my son say his first word on Christmas Day, it was “Ball”. By far one of if not the best Christmas memories. Each year seeing my kids happy on Christmas morning, that’s the best, nothing tops that. I couldn’t have it growing up, but I can do it for them. That’s the second best. Merry Christmas Outlaw & Family and everybody else. God bless.

My favorite memory is as a kid when i woke up to the sounds of foot steps on the roof and bells ringing my step dad trying to make me and my brother believe Santa was already here so we tried to sleep woke up around 4 am to the sight of the living room filled with gifts and 2 giant bean bags woke my brother up to show him. Mom found us snooping around said go to bed will get up in a few hours and when we got to get up it felt so magical and exciting I miss that feeling. Went on a bunny hunt later that morning rode snowmobiles and just had fun all day playing with our gifts. Didn’t have a lot of Christmases where we got a lot of things so it made it magical wish my mom was around still to see my kids enjoy this time of year.

My favorite Christmas memory is the years before my parents got divorced. I remember half of our living room just being absolutely FILLED with presents. When me and my older sister were kids, we used to leave cookies, milk, and carrots for santa and his reindeer. We used to leave out notes for santa and thanking him for our gifts and that we hoped he had a ride safe back to the North Pole. Another memory just happened a few days ago, i was at my moms and i have 2 nephews. I got them a toy train that actually steams, i gave them their gift and when they tore it open they had that excitement-that made my heart full and they gave me that Christmas spirit back. Merry Christmas Outlaw and the family! Hope you guys had a great day:)

My favorite memory as a youth was from my family's secret Santa exchange. In my family we draw from a hat during Thanksgiving to see who we buy Christmas gifts for. My uncle got me and I asked for small tool set and tool box to work on my bike. I still have the entire tool set and plastic box to this day 25+ years later. It taken on various forms of use and countless projects over the years, but that basic set of tools inspired confidence in a young man. My uncle came to my home for family gatherings for Christmas last year and I was smoking a turkey in my garage. He came out to check on me and bestow some wisdom. Out of the corner of his eye he spotted the box. Then went and grabbed it off the shelf opened it up looked through it and stated it's all here with a very surprised tone. Looking them over seeing they are all beat up and warn. Then promptly walked into my aunt to say to her " See I didn't go over board it been over 20 years and he used the heck out of them! ". Followed by the best eye roll from my Aunt. Apparently at the point of purchase the extent of the tool set the a young boy was in her opinion was too much. He walked away vindicated from a disagreement with my Aunt from decades ago smiling stating that is one of the best investments he's ever made. She laughed behind her glass of wine and said " He's not going to let that go for a while.”

It's when our family gets together, we pull out the bible on Christmas Eve and before all the kids hurry to bed for Santa we read THE Christmas Story of baby Jesus continuing to instill in our younger generations what the true meaning of Christmas is about and that's the birth of Our Savior! Another amazing video!!

They left the house on Christmas eve, so I knew something was up because they didn't normally leave that night. On Christmas morning I walked downstairs and it was in the living room. My favorite Christmas memory when my mother was still alive was when I was a kid the house was always spotless and she had the dining room table all set up with fresh fruit and cookies and always a bowl of nuts and things like that. She always made sure to make Christmas special for our family. And than once I got older and had 3 kids of my own she still always made the day special for them and always kept the spirit alive. She’s been gone 5 years now and Christmas just isn’t the same but I still try to make the day special for my kids. Cherish those babies while they are so young because they grow up so fast and in the blink of an eye they will be teenagers. Merry Christmas buddy.

My favorite Christmas memory is my mom putting me to bed in her room. My dad dressed up as Santa when they put the presents under the tree just in case I woke up. We'll one night I did and I looked out and seen santa. As a little kid it made my world. I woke up and half our living room was full of presents. Every hot wheel, lego, video game, whatever I had asked for. Grandpa and grandma came over and we did a family cjristmas all christmas day. We weren't a rich family so I don't know how they pulled it off. Now with both my mom and dad and grandpa and grandma gone christmas is kind of hard. I'll never forget the love they gave me and the effort they put into making sure I had a magical Christmas. I hope they know how much I appreciate it all now as an adult because idk if I showed it well as a kid.

The warmth of the living room fireplace seemed to reach every corner of the house that Christmas Eve. The scent of pine mingled with the sweet aroma of freshly baked sugar cookies cooling on the counter, their sugary tops glistening under the glow of the kitchen lights. I was eight years old and convinced that if I stayed up just a little longer, I might catch a glimpse of Santa Claus. My younger sibling and I had spent the evening carefully arranging a plate of cookies and a glass of milk near the tree, arguing over which cookie Santa would like best. In our excitement, we also left a small dish of carrots for the reindeer, because, as my dad pointed out with a grin, “Flying all night takes a lot of energy.” The tree stood proudly in the corner of the living room, draped in shimmering tinsel and adorned with ornaments that held years of stories. Some were handmade by my siblings and me, our names scrawled in crooked letters on the back. Others had been passed down through generations, delicate glass bulbs that seemed to sparkle even more brightly as the lights on the tree flickered. Snow was falling lightly outside, and through the frosted windowpanes, I could see the faint glow of Christmas lights from the neighbor’s house across the street. It felt magical, like the whole world was holding its breath in anticipation. As bedtime approached, my parents herded us upstairs, laughing as we resisted every step. I could hear my mom humming “Silent Night” softly as she tucked us in, her voice comforting and familiar. The excitement was almost too much to bear, but eventually, sleep won out. The next morning, I woke to the sound of my sibling shouting, “He came! Santa came!” We raced downstairs, the early morning light barely peeking through the windows. The room was transformed. Stockings were stuffed, and beneath the tree, brightly wrapped gifts were scattered like treasures waiting to be uncovered. The cookie plate was empty except for a few crumbs, and the carrots had been gnawed to nubs. Proof, we agreed, that the reindeer had stopped by. Amid the excitement of opening presents, one small, rectangular box caught my eye. It was wrapped in shiny green paper with a silver bow, and my name was written in bold letters on the tag. I tore into it eagerly, revealing a duck call-the kind I’d been dreaming of for months. It was sleek and perfectly crafted, a gift that instantly made me feel like a real outdoorsman. My dad smiled as he helped me try it for the first time. The sound that emerged was far from perfect-more like a squeak than a quack-but to me, it was magic. I spent the rest of the morning practicing, wandering through the house proudly with the call in hand. Even my mom’s playful “Maybe we save the duck sounds for outside?” couldn’t dampen my excitement. That Christmas morning, surrounded by laughter, wrapping paper, and the warmth of family, I realized it wasn’t just about the presents-it was about the moments they created. That duck call wasn’t just a gift; it was the start of a new adventure, one that tied me to nature and the traditions I’d carry with me forever.
