It took me a while to figure out why they sent her to answer the door when a salesperson comes to try to sell them something. There was also a great episode where her older brother was talking to her and he was trying so hard not to laugh. She is great.

I was told that this show's script was barely anything at all and nearly all of it was ad-lib......Hugh Dennis has shown how good he is at this on Mock the Week......The kids are cringe-worthy but funny as, with typical kid logic with their observations of people and life...... A Great series......

I want to understand why the girls name (KAREN) is used to described a white woman or girl who causes a scene/disruption. Is it because of this Keren who we love so much?

No. It used to be that people used common White woman names in imaginary online conversations as their opponent. Names like Becky, Hannah, Katie, or Sharon were often used besides Karen. It would usually involve the named woman being clueless, unrealistic, or judgemental, though not necessarily mean. At around the same time, there were several popular memes that showed White women with stylish short haircuts and said they were the ones who made complaints in customer service jobs. At some point, the name Karen started being used to describe the haircut and the behavior. Then it got turned into anyone who complains unreasonably or makes crazy demands. Gradually, the term Karen started being used to describe anyone who complains for any reason, even if their complaint is reasonable and made respectfully.

It's the razor-sharp intelligence housed in such a small human that creates the comedy, which is why she was no longer funny when she reached her early teens on the show. Special credit also to the actors playing her parents. Their reactions to her probing questions and unnerving statements are perfectly judged and hilarious in their own right. Pay close attention to the dad during the 'revenge list' scene (at the 9 minute mark), sitting there with a mixture of incredulity and stone cold fear as his tiny daughter ruthlessly adds his name to her files.
