Ive always appreciated this tucked away portion of Vegas' history and still wish you could call out House for being no better than the factions he pits you against. He improved the lives of many, but only their material needs. The various tribes culture and identity were completely destroyed at gun point, like the Legion. Meanwhile other tribes that were too small or weak were left to the wastes for no other reason than having little to offer, their inherent humanity ignored, like the NCR.
