Companies (people) like this make me sick. Even if they pay you and take the ad down, the damage has been done. Companies breaching their own contracts is a massive pet peeve of mine, because we know damn well they will go after you if you breach any part of theirs. They don’t know who they’re f*ckin with. What’s even sicker is the dipsh*t who “reported” you to those companies and the fact that the losers at Output didn’t have the balls to confront you about it.

It's messed up that someone can just send a random email to a company making foul claims and a company will just axe a contract without proof...or without it even being a BIG pupulic controversy that could taint their image. And it is all just "image", because if what is right and wrong ACTUALLY mattered to output, they wouldn't be illegally using your video like this.

They are allow, when you were under contract they owned the rights to anything you contributed unless the contract said other wise. Also depending on how old is the ad if it's been running before contract ended, they are still were under the rights until the ad expires.

Oddly enough I got an Output ad during your video. Stuff like this does happen though and just part of business. If I stopped working with everyone I ever had a contract dispute with, then there would be a lot less work. The point of a contract isn't to break up relationships but to figure out how to move forward. Still, I hear your frustration. Best of luck on getting what you want.

Another thing about Arcade, is when you use it in a song, if anyone else has used the same thing as you and has published the track, your song will get flagged for copyright is what I was told, plus I am an engineer I make my sounds, not DJ Preset haha

I use Maschine for my daw and I used Arcade on two tracks and still have all the stuff that I used even though I don’t subscribe anymore.

Realistically these companies are big, and often there’s gaps between the marketing depts and operations especially if 3rd party agencies are involved. Also likely your ad was scheduled weeks ago. What’s disappointing is they didn’t reach out to you when they received the email to clarify, they took that mail as enough proof which is a lack of loyalty after all the work you did with them. It’s not good community building.

Not sure if I would have posted this video to clear up a misunderstanding with them. I would have reached out to my original contact and spoken with her directly. Now you have ruined more opportunities for yourself with other clients because of your behavior. While I understand the emotions behind this the business aspect of it is well a bit unprofessional. Unfortunately you have chosen to be an influencer and in doing so your image and behavior are looked at as part of your credibility. While you have a right to do and say whatever you desire on your channel when you act as a representative to another business that services all types of people it maybe in their best interest to protect themselves from scandal and other forms of misconduct to avoid being associated with someone or something that may not fit their business model.
