JUST ORDERED A PAIR! This is PERFECT! I was about to buy the Heider H2 and didn't like the look of them... Was thinking on how to redecorate, and this came along and made my decision for me! I love how much low end it picks up without it overpowering, I can literally feel the low end "below" the top end if that makes sense. It's hard to explain. Such an amazing sounding pre

The music showcased on this channel is not my cup of tea at all but the channel has a tone of important information and even though the music is not my taste it’s sounds amazing. Looks and sounds fantastic!! Congrats Colt. I'd love to hear those clips matched with loudness (LUFS) so we can actually hear the saturation this pre adds rather than just the perceived loudness as being better.

Me too, peak matching for this comparison is pretty useless and you can't get around the perception of louder as better. I don't doubt the saturation sounds good, but any saturation is likely to shave peaks and reduce the peak/loudness ratio. A LUFS-matched A/B would be welcome.
