Great build! And finally something that works even without the Deathshield (189 hours into the game and still no DS drop on my end ^^'' ), made some slight changes and using it with Shadow Comet instead, and it's just as effective. :) What I do is I'm having SC an all of my weapons, and Clip Roller on my Funeral Pyre, so just changing weapons, dropping comets, and if / when I'm about to run out I'll use the Funeral Pyre's Clip Roller mod with Phantom Dash to quickly reload everything, then go again.

As most of the compulsory mods are near impossible to find, I have had to change some up and it is still running pretty good. I run fire tsunami, pants on fire (to regenerate health), detonator, ashen boost, anomaly echo, cinders, ride the wave, captain hunter, ash increase range, burnt out.

Nick man don't take this personally or negatively at all because it's not meant that way at all. But how long can you possibly keep this up bro? How many videos can you do updating these builds before you just end up with the "perfect" build and then there's nothing to upload anymore? This game's player base has gone from just over 125k at launch to barely topping 15k in the span of a month. With a game that won't be a live service game like Destiny 2 or anything, I'm just curious how long you can keep making these types of videos before you're forced to make different content. In its most simplest form it depends on the situation as the goal was to apply each while the other was on cooldown (heat on cooldown proceed to use ash then overheat. ash on cooldown proceed to use heatwave then overheat)

I've been struggling to get Devastator Quake-Impale-Bleed set finished. Been playing with Head/Legs/Hands and Anemoi/Juggler (with grand entrance + scrap grenade) and was able to relatively comfortably get through most CT15s. Finally got the chest 2 days ago and then got Deathshield last night--did a few runs and absolutely slaughtering my way through enemies. And now I see THIS guy just waltzing through the map not even glancing at 90% of the enemies and completely clearing everything. *deep sigh* Welp, looks like it's Pyro time boys.

I have the same mods and all my armors have the anomaly boosts. My anomaly and other people in these comments came to 125k anomaly power. How did he get to 138k? All of the anomaly on my armors are upgraded to 13.9k

He doesn't go top tree for the damage because it's easy to get that damage anywhere, he does it for the cool down. You just don't choose a whole tree for that pitiful amount of damage when the bottom tree gives you that in abundance.

@@duguaylima3825 I have done few runs with it. Works really well. Just need to remember you can die quick. LOL. Takes care of mobs and bosses. In group play it handles trash and weakens bosses for others.

yeah this build is very squishy, you have to play very particularly in order to not just get 1 shotted. That's why I mention adding a defensive mod in the video

I would love to see an off-meta run, for instance, a lava lich run or reforged. Because surely, these sets must be viable, just not optimum. Such off-meta runs will be a unique feature your channel could offer.

i can see devastator melee class would have a problem competing against these type of long range aoe with massive damage. how do they balanced these out? look at technomancer basically a long range class that hit 1m per bullet. how do you compete? devastator need everything boost to 300% for earthquake and gravity leap with wider area too.

How is he taking next to no damage without any defensive mods? In the beginning part on boom town where he runs to the first elite I get absolutely shredded by that point and the only mod that he has that is different is death sentence. Overall he seems take very little damage, do I have the armour bug or some shit?

Staying behind the fence until you have to round it to attack the elite. Casting Overheat to put everyone in a stun animation (to stop them from attacking) which also heals you due to skill leech. This lets you get close so you can Heatwave, which then applies burn to keep your skill leech going. It's all a matter of pathing and timing.

That's the same with my Techno also. When it registers, stuff melts but when it doesn't then I can unload an entire clip on an Alpha and it would still somehow survive.

The boots do come with cooldown. But has max health and skill life leech. No Anomaly Power. Which is why he's using the helm.

I've tried a couple top tree builds. I just can't get the hang of them I'm lucky if I can clear ct14 and I have all of the mods. Still running gloves though because I don't have the pants. I doubt that's my problem though. It's just how bad I'm playing the class.

@@decim8982 It out dpses all of my other skills easily, that includes my 2 eruptions that can hit up to 2 mil. Only downside is you have to be close to enemies, which puts me in the grave sometimes.

@@decim8982 The thing about untamed power is you have to run right into the middle of the mosh pit to get real damage out of it. Not too many people comfortable doing that after the ES nerf. I'm running a version of this and get very little out of untamed power because if I go in the middle I die 4 runs out of 5. I'd rather have 5 runs with zero deaths, even if they take a bit longer.
