@@Butcherza01 It is a nice DLC, but I agree 40 is a bit much - especially how blue balled I feel in regards of the story (the story is really cool imho). I also expected a bit more of the endgame. Nevertheless I have a lot of fun with the rest - the new mods, builds and sets for excample. I think not good is a bit harsh, tbh.

That was a statement by the devs a while back. That the game hadn't made enough money for squeenix to recoup their investment and thus there hadn't been profits to share. I don't expect this to have changed a lot as there's no reason for the game to have sold huge amounts since. Maybe the expansion will bring more attention to the game though, as I agree they deserve more live than they are getting. Do note that squeenix gave the studio money during development so everyone could get paid and they had expenses for marketing as well. So it is kinda normal that they first recoup their money. I don't know if they manage their spending well or not (ie did they spend billions to market a game that was always going to only make millions, so they will never recoup it?) but I see no reason for them to be particularly stupid and the studio didn't seem particularly upset, just a bit sad that their (good/great) game hadn't quite had the success they had hoped/deserved. TL;DR it's not because squeenix hasn't given them money that they are necessarily evil publishers.

At least People Can Fly remain professional devolpers. Can’t imagine that’s going to change. For the record I’ll 100% buy some cosmetics if they ever think they’d like to add it to their game (I played through at launch, and will put it on my hard drive again In a couple of weeks, so if they’d implemented a cash shop I remain in the dark.) just saying a single player looter is so my jam, I’d be happy to help out a little more above Worldslayer if I could. Yes they really do. They did really well with this content. I just hope they don't get discouraged by the negative feedback of doom posters and destiny fan bois.( nothing wrong with destiny.) Id say the support will speak for itself though. I'd like to see some more cosmetics my self. Like maybe more hairstyles or something. Monster Hunter world did that. And id hardly call MHW a live service game.

@@sethbrodwick230 ur getting new guns,new armor, a new story line. New level caps. Another level progression system. And randomly generated dungeons with randomly generated enemies.. Targeted loot... Etc. Essentially ur getting about 8 hours for the story. 350+ hours for the accession levels. And 700+ hours with the endgame content. This DLC is worth that 40. Of course if u buy it before release its 35 dollars. But don't expect to get all.of this content without spending something for it.

All great news! I made a pretty extensive reshade collection on PC for this game that I never got around to releasing. I think I had about 10 presets with vastly different color grading options and optional cinematic effects. I'll definitely have to polish those off and release for the new pack.

Another great video Vulkan, I’m personally so excited I preordered the second it was annnounced. I love this game, yes it had it flaws early on and even later as well. I quit came back twice but always loved the game play, I have hundreds of hours in the original game, this new expansion is going to be amazing.

Outriders is in a really good place now. I'm on current gen so the framerate is a solid 60, lag isn't as prevalent as before and they added some good QoL improvements like tweaking your controller sensitivity and buying/re-rolling Legendary items with drop pod currency. As long as there is no bugs then I can see Outriders making a comeback.

Its rly a problem when u have some build (like me - i have 3-4 build for pyro) and u need a lot of time to find good item serveral time when u try do some build. And where is a more stasth space... becouse on trailer we see 100 place on stash... is rly low... again must build some champ who will be a stash space... soooo sad :(

The major problem in this game has it with its multiplayer because they don’t use dedicated servers but that being said it’s not a live service so why does it need dedicated servers. The only main thing I want from this game is an off-line mode so even when they stop supporting this game I can still play it.

iirc you have to be level 30 to play the new expansion and there's an option to instantly level up to 30 so new players can play the new content sooner.

Excellent video. One of the main reasons my friends and me left the game way back when, was the appalling connectivity issues when in multiplayer co-op gameplay. They made various claims over time that the issue had been fixed, which was a blatant lie back then. Do you know if this co-op gameplay issue has truly been fixed or not? i am excited for the new dlc, but i am also annoyed that they nerfed burnt out mod from 25% down to 15% and only stacks twice so losing 20% damage. i am mainly coming from a solo perspective, with only playing solo. and wanting a skills only build which i did have but won't once worldslayer releases sorry for the rant.

I’ve played the World Slayer beta, put a lot of hours into it. This DLC is 100% worth it in my opinion. After playing the beta for weeks it’s so hard going back to the base game now. I couldn’t stop playing it.

I really wanted to like outriders, but I cant get with the "damage builds are the only option, and even with those, enemies are still damage sponges" design. Coming off an arpg like grim dawn where literally any build that has synergy and covers your resistances will work, playing a game where all I could do to succeed is build damage really clipped my wings

On the next 50$ dlc they'll let you mod your ger how you want...it's really sad the game is so limited in build variety...i play techno and my friend has a pyro,if we play together at the end of a run i score 200k to 400k dmg whyle he only gets 70k to 90k,he can't really hold his own and im left to constantly waching out for myself and for him so he doesnt get knocked down,you cant get t3 mods in normal gear only legendary and you can only mod 1 slot out of 2,you cant chenge the weapon variant if its a legendary only if its a normal one,what i got from the dlc is they gave us the 3rd slot but its locked and you still can only mod 1 slot out of the 2 remaining,so you are left with the 3 best builds that everyone is gonna use after the update because noone is gonna want to build anything else because theres no way to do so...i wish they mage the game twice as hard but let ppl mod gear the way they want to do it,love the game but i fell like spending another 50$for a couple skill tree points and a fixed skill mod its not really worth it even with the new end game...sorry for the long rant just wanted to say my peace😅

They recently fixed these issues with the New Horizen patch a while ago. It performs a lot better then it did near launch. I was there to witness that unbearableness. But it's a lot better. Still abit buggy on some things. Lag is still around though not as much. But its still very playable. I played a full night with my friend who is on PS4 just a day ago. And i own an Xbox. I was also playing with someone from PC at the same time.

The problem with Outriders was that unless you built a class a certain way, you weren't viable at top tier. I liked playing a frost build shaman, but it suffered at higher tiers, as did certain Devastater builds. Unless thay make non meta builds viable, then I'll give this a pass. I want to play with a build I enjoy, not some prebuilt class.

This dlc is coming out at a great time. There's nothing to play now, I've beaten all the top games that came out this year (Elden Ring was fantastic) and now I'm so bored. I'm burnt out on Destiny, The Division, Warframe and so on. I even played Elex 2 out of boredom, and it wasn't as bad as I thought, but it was kinda short. So Outriders is going to be a much welcomed game. If there's no bug/glitches and the loot drops are decent, then this will be a great game to play for looter shooter fans.

I spent about 400hr's in the base game and this is not the endgame I wanted. I really liked the expeditions and just wanted 10 more of them, I liked the timed/race style of the expeditions. They made you push yourself and it was fun when you started hitting gold times. People can fly lost 4 sales because they changed the game so much >.

As far as i know, there are still no loadouts we can save, or items we can mark as favourit. So i hope i don't need a weapon dmg loadout, just because silence goes over board and destroys anomalie builds in certain missions. But maybe you are right and we will have a good time with it... we will see

Destiny combined well over 10k hours I understand everything. No shit lore is different. Gameplay and looting is vastly similar which is why I compared both. Adding points on a new system like Borderlands is the weakest most lazy mechanic ever and they are using that to say you can sink in hella hours.. lmao thats content ? Man they for sure got you. If u think the only thing they did was add points to the game. Then u are as clueless a flat earther. I said that they just dropped the content that extends the game. Trials is huge. Theres a lot of content in that. Hours upon hours to siphon through. Targeted loot, randomly generated areas, randomly generated enemies. Bosses, bosses with unique mechanics. And They've added more than what was shown. They just gave a glimpse of it. Now I've played destiny. There's hours and hours of gameplay that dosen't seem to help ur progression. And some immunities are behind paid sources outside of DLC. It's just like any other live service. Where as I see that progression on Outriders. And the only currency u need to use for anything in The game is in the game. Also The accession is more of a nod to Diablo then it is to Anything else. Which is a bigger influence to the games design. Anyway. I never said either story was bad. What i did say was that their stories are different. I can personally follow both just the same. this is a completely different subject but I didn't enjoy tiny tinas only because it seems like you get hit once at the highest difficulty and you're instantly one shot... there's very little use of your shields so it's very weak combat wise that isn't fun to me
