youre certain that this is the best AP build, when you dont have the full Impale build and havent tested it. hrmm, solid logic. I have tried both sets with full sisemic set, Impale build has huge huge single target and add control and survivability, this grav leap build slaps in a team, but solo, Impale/quake/golum - (which isnt just "there" you use it for 45% anomaly power boost, which you line up with your abilities for a massive damage boost)) impale/quake/golum will get you quicker CT15 gold times for sure.

I've tested both, and the Leap build is objectively better. You have to run 3-4 mods to make Impale effective, which isn't good since you're already running 4-5 for Earthquake. Also, Leap is comparable in damage with only 2 mods, it's an insane mobility tool, and Despair is one of the best mods in the game.

Untamed Power also triggers on Melee, so if your skills are on cooldown you can melee to deal the AoE damage from Untamed Power.

It's crazy that there's only 13% of the player base that have made it to the challenge tiers let alone even getting to ct15. Only 38% have even made it too level 30. These build guides are a pipe dream for most of the player base especially a month into the game. That being said, on with the show!

I still have real engine crashes every now and then but managed to get to CT 12 at this point. still need to go back to the dunes to farm for gear dismantling. My bleed usually does 30m a run. Or 20k a tick. Melee hits for 200k - 320k when they are bleeding (with double melee damage). Usually 12-18m damage a run.

Build aint good dude. Everytime you use earhtquake you get 20% amor and 20% resistance for 10 seconds after 3 earthquakes you get 85% physical resistance and 60% magical resistance. Makes stealing armor useless as you already hit softcap. Id really go fir the bleeding heal as it makes your life easier in a squad and it counts for every source of bleed, if your trickster is playing bullwark and applies bleed you get the heal too. And going for impale is just awesome It hits with 1,5kkk on 3 enemies and you can cast it 4 times ( killing enemies with impale gives you awesome heal and armor you dont need, as spamming impale 4 times gives you 80% more armor and 80% more resistance for 10sec) If you use 3 earthquakes and 4 impales you get 140% armor and would give you 140% resistance if it wasnt capped

I have the seismic legs on. however the rest of my gear is epic with Anomoly power, Status power and Cooldown reduction. My gloves and Boots need to have its status power maxed out to put more damage out. Everything else on the gear is maxed out. 6.4 second CD on triple earthquake is really nice. I think if I max it out it will put me around 6 seconds. All I did was check the vendors for greens with Anomoly power, Status power and Cooldown reduction gloves and boots (the only 2 you will need as epics since the stats on the seismic gloves and boots are terrible). My build has 3 earthquakes, 2 impales with it targeting 2 people every time i use it and golem to trigger the damage bonus and have extra armor. I got rid of gravity leap due to its inconsistency when targeting enemies.

The problem is with devestator he needs certain legendaries to start doing stuff that other characters can do at base. Budget builds do work but they are severly underpowered unfortunately

Don’t forget this, the double leap only works if you are host or you are solo. If you are in a party you will slam into the ground and lose the debuff before you can cast again most of the time. At least this is the case with me on the PS4.

I just finished my build last night and I think a lot of people are sleeping on Scrap Grenade x Fortress. Once you work out the kinks with its bugginess, it's insanely powerful. Mobs die incredibly fast to a single EQ + SG and if you line up your CDs, you can GL > GL > EQ > EQ > MW (4-5m) > SG (1-2m) and have a third EQ ready to keep you up while you SG as a filler until your CDs are back.

I went with EQ, Impale and Golem. When I run into the room I pop golem for the damage bonus, then go triple EQ to apply bleed and impale 2 targets and hit them for 50% extra damage to bleeding targets. right now the build has a 6.4 second EQ charge and no soon after I use my third EQ my impale comes off CD. all gear as anomoly power, status power and CDR.

Just want to add that you probably don't need Heirloom Armor with a seismic build. The real unsung hero is Skilled Sentry. It gives 20% armor and resistance for 10 seconds when any skill ends. The magic words here being ANY SKILL. So when you use a skill you get the 20% boost. If you use another skill within those 10 seconds. You get ANOTHER 20% boost. So having EQ on a sub 10 second cooldown means you should be able to constantly refresh and keep stacking this bonus. And having 3 stacks of EQ and 2 stacks of Gravity Leap. You can go from zero bonuses to +100% armor and resistance. With Armor having a hard cap at 85% mitigation having Heirloom Armor, Protected by the Anomaly, and Skilled Sentry is just overkill and I wouldn't be surprised if the perceived effectiveness of Heirloom Armor is actually due to you stacking 60% bonus when you spam your EQ skill. I run a purple version of this so not as kitted out as I'm taking my time playing the game but the two points past Stone Circle used to get Heirloom Armor, I put into Strong Arm of the Law and Strong Arm of the anomaly. The melee skill is funny though. It is counted as a skill that triggers Untamed Power but it does not trigger Skilled Sentry. Either way, since enemies will always be in the range of Untamed Power when you melee you can do a pretty chunk of damage with this and buffing its damage often makes the difference between killing a stray enemy in one shot or having to use another ability to finish it off quickly. And for elites... especially elites that spawn with a lot of enemies around them, melee'ing into a group of enemies and collecting all that juicy juicy resistance piercing and unloading all of your abilities into them until they are deleted is quite fun.

Skilled Sentry doesn't stack if you have multiple uses of the same skill; that is, triple Earthquake will not give you a 60% boost, only 20%. You don't even need that anyway since Protected by the Anomaly alone is enough to keep you alive in any situation.

I use a similar build except i have moaning on 2 guns and i use my pistols with comet and death chain's, you cast earthquake at around 2 times speed when wielding pistols which is why i use it

People sleep on barrier, if 10+ enemies all hit me I send that damage right back whilst being safe, inflicting bleed and or vulnerable. Its pretty neat if you wanna mix it up, I swap to earthquake when up against melee

Came back to the game cuz of the update, pulled the commander helm out of the random box on second pull, Texas made the game to easy, I could clear CT15 on gold on the easy levels like Enoch and so on, since the remover of the timer I can do every single level solo. It’s made the game boring

I would hit with the earth quake then the leaps, you need bleed active before you hit with the two quakes to cause the biggest damage, no boss survives 2/3 roatations

So I have the pants and boots ad Hunt rewards upgraded to 46, and the gloves from Tiago also upgraded to 46. Does anyone have any info where I can get the chest to drop other than CT15? My current max is CT9. But..my Dev is just now 3 days old and a 30/WT15. I'm just getting started. Luckily I had the 11 legendary to drop at 42 from the Outriders legacy mission on my Technomancer. If I can find someone to do a CT15, would I also go to 15 then, or just up to my next CT level of 12? Always played solo..so I have no idea about how that works. Great video. Hello. Can someone explain the reloading thing for Moaning Winds? Does he keep the Moaning Winds shotgun empty and switches back before it properly reloads or? I don't understand the mechanics behind it. I'm fairly new to endgame and I'm only at CT12 at the moment.

i think pretty much you know this by now but that indeed how you do it, empty the shotgun at the start and then switch fast too your main before it reloads you keep it empty the whole time and every 8 secs. you can do moaning winds.

U can go for the legendary with the scrap grenade (u can buy it at tiago shop) and add the tier 3 mod that proc on hit every 3sec. Bleed tree for sustain and full ap / statu power / cd redeuc gear (25% cd reduction with 5 pieces) After that aim the mod Fortress to replace the mod on the juggler and farm moaning winds and siesmic helmet/chest and pants. U will find some pieces on your way to the final build like double leap and leap dmg 1.5x. Extra EQ / EQ Bleed / EQ dmg / EQ 60% range / Elite Hunter are really nedded for farming and ~ct13-14 Good luck (really)

Yeah I don't like the moaning winds mechanic at all. I use Torrent blades + shadow comet on primary weapon, sandstorm + locust on secondary and I have the pistol with reload blast + seismic blast on shot thingie I don't remember the name off the top of meh noggin. Makes for a nice rotation. Earthquake - Golem(with bleeding pulse and 2sec extend on kill +100% duration) and hippety hop. Works swell.

If you don't have the anemoi yet do what i did. Sacrifice the 4 talent points for shotgun damage/ drop rate up while you farm. Use clip combustion/ radiation blast (from the guillotine shotgun). Its a decent way to get practice and helps with damage via vulnerable. I got my anemoi today from legacy quest. Gl!

Replacing Pure Anomaly with Anomaly Bullets would be better also since you already have so much armor and survivability, might as well gain the 15% firepower based on your anomaly power which you would definitely feel when shooting

Instead of untamed power you can use the mod that increases anomaly by how many elites are present. It’s bugged so it will give you a ton of power even if elites are not present or are spawning.

This isn't quite how the bug works. It counts enemies that aren't technically Elites. Some examples are Alphas, Strixes, and Hunters

I'm 42 as well and have pants and boots and shadow comet mod but that's it...I need the chest or helmet and the two main guns...let the grind begin... lol (I grinded the hunts to get the pants and boots)

I been playing a similar set up. I haven't been the survivability in the build so instead of armor when enemies die I got for the resistance pierce after melee. It stickers per creature hit and can cap your resistance pierce for 10 Sec if hit enough enemies. We've your melee in as a animation candle between gravity leaps and mouning winds reload. Huge damage increase qnd has used my clear speed considerably. Also I use power assimilation instead of bloody boost not sure if captain hunter would be better than power power assimilation.

Scratch that drop the 15 percent bleed mod for the third 3 unstoppable power mod. You can get it on pyromqncer from the vendor. 50percent anomaly power based off resistance peirce which is 30 percent base and with the melee class skill you can get good uptime on nearly 100percent pircing

@@roberthawkins7755 that was my idea as well. Unstoppable force is bugged right now and stacks. So you can use up to 5 times unstoppable force but lose some other mods like double jump and despair. Is despair fixed or still bugged and works only with double jump on the second jump?

1. Marshal's Footgear 2. If you claim your 10 rewards on the Hunts, you can choose to look at Noah's shop before exiting, and if you go to the sell tab, you can see which legendary you got. If it's something you don't want, close the game, and it won't save, allowing you to turn them in again and try for a different legendary. That being said, it's not possible to get the Marshal's Footgear from Noah this way. There's a Reddit post on which legendary gear you can get from him.
