Amazing video PlayDoh, I had to rewatch the final part a couple times to get the part about the AR stacking up your Shield. It helps anyone else the AR crits in the beginning only ramped up his shield, he still does the snap shot combo with the revolver to get proc Mages rage.

Thank you for this! I am actually looking for builds for my full auto pistol. I have found death chains + comet or claymore + comet to just still be the go to on any main weapon. And of course a funeral Pyre as well for back up. I'm going to try this today and place my own spin on it.

you should consider a Teaching career.. the notes here are perfect... awesome build.. also, I think Phantom dash is pretty amazing for this build to move from behind to the front for a casual player like me.. .i would pretty much bump into the Arbitor's butt trying to move in the front to get those crits.. :P

Going to try a variant of this build while still early game, I'm around lvl 20 with equipment around lvl 25 right now, but carrying tier 3 mods from my Pyromancer's run through.

I did say it was annoying at times haha! Here's a Tips and Trick I didn't include because well I forgot OR maybe I wanted to keep this one to myself :O When using HTP, try looking up and aiming at your target's head. Sometimes it also helps to ADS in slightly to target it a bit more on that enemy. You can see me doing it at 22:07 (look how I slightly ADS on the elite).

This is kinda for another build. But would you recomend No resistance against the fortified for an AR build(nick tew build). I have footgear of canonball with unstoppable force, but is no resistance against the fortified mandatory for that mod to even be useful?

UF alone is fine with your base resistance on trickster with our tree + ascension points. Only use NRATF if you have an armor pierce main weapon/either aheel or rpiercer and UF. You can use UF just by itself with nothing else for free AP.

Idk what I’m doing wrong but I’m only seeing like 350% weapon damage maybe it’s that I’m missing the no resistance against the weak and resistance piercer? Really love the idea of this build just can’t imagine those two make this 10 times stronger. Would love to see this ran on a lower like me apoc tier 17 to see if maybe that’s why your percentages are so much higher?

Hey playdough. i found A final penance with Dark sacrifice as Apoc mod. is that a god roll for Shieldbeast trickster?. Also i noticed on ur FP techno you dont use Dead clock.

That's a hot roll yeah. And no dead clock on Techno as the other mods are more consistent damage. I personally hate playing around dead cock.

Does mage's rage only work for anomaly builds? Because on console it does not do it for me with the pistols also I'm using torment and agony pistols.

You have to crit with Mages Rage otherwise it won’t work. Also it boosts your ap..so it’s pretty much only works for ap builds

I have made something similar except I do not have a sidearm with your roll. I have bolt and thunder with embalmers rage and top mod with string of gauss. 2nd mod is mages rage. I had a feeling you were using sheildbeast build on your teaser last week. I just need to pray to RNGesus on a sidearm roll like you have... 😂

You'll get it fast enough. These purple pistols drop fairly often. Just make sure you have both Mage's Rage + Anomaly Enhancement.

What about us old timers who only play the game with pre worldslayer characters can we not get the max 200 ascension points on our 4 classes ? Apparently theres is a bug only letting you get 199 points no way i wil redo all 4 classes to 200 with new ws toons because of that 🤣🤣🤣

Some things i dont like and some things are not good when they do this things better this game can be a very perfect rpg game maybe a little bit better than borderlands.

Not trying to rain on your parade. Trickster is my least played character so I don't know a lot about it but I don't think your Twisted Rounds "snap shots" your AP on activation. I'm using the Shieldbeast set and my FP goes back down as my shield goes down. I'm really hoping you're right and I'm just not doing something right STILL MAKING A HABIT OF DOING IT YOUR WAY JUST INCASE LOL

It snapshots your AP to the FP conversion on activation of rounds. Your AP (and a bit of your FP tied to the decaying AP) will decay this is normal, but the AP converted to FP stays on permanently. You can see this here: 20:47 - AP decays normally, but do you see how our FP is locked in at 19.4 Million. This is how Twisted Rounds is unique, and remember since we have Strong Twist in the build, jump this to 55% total AP being converted to FP.

@@paulrenfer2142 iirc a lot of those "reload" weapon mods don't work with ammo regen armor perks because something in the coding requires a manual reload to be trigger to get the effect. I could be wrong though that's how it went at launch. Again, iirc. I never focused on those types of builds too much.

@@PlayDohBear i personally dont use it i play techno FP with LMG Emerald Chaos with mods Noxious spawns ultimate freezing and Stigmatized and 3 personal ammo boxes = 3 turrets every 5 sec they give me 90% ammo back i love it :) and the tac AR for bosses

@@GabeHeron Play the game with the gear you have and when you find the pieces you need (doesn't have to be apoc items), slap it on and keep progressing. You can do this exact same build without any apoc mods and be fine until you upgrade. This is obviously a "niche (pistol)" build, so it does require a good amount of gear to get it up and running. Just use an AR if you don't have pistols yet. Nothing changes for an AR other than using Power Overwhelming in the PAX tree vs. Damaged. I feel like people don't spend the time to actually figure out how Class Trees/PAX Trees, Mods etc. work with build synergy and just want a copy/paste build. That's now how it works. Take the time to learn the game yourself and use all the tools (Google/KZbin/Outriders Wiki) to figure the basics. Not trying to be an asshole or anything, just showing my POV. I do my best to outline and explain a build guide but as far as the basics go, that's on you.

@@PlayDohBear yeah I’m still trying to figure out exactly how anomaly power, skill damage, and such things actually work. The firepower bonus in each mod for example doesn’t seem to work like it describes. All these little things add up and the game does fuck all to explain it sometimes.
