Warning: Dined at Novikov Miami 5/2022. Despite outstanding food & atmosphere (inside & out) they charge an extra $3.00 per drink for ice cubes and add a 20% surcharge to your bill (before the tip) without telling you in advance. I think they call that gouging the customer!

The 20% service charge is the tip. You don’t have to tip on top of. As for the ice cubes I’ve never heard of such a thing. But I’ll take you for your word on that
