@@CreightonWrestling thank you for your answer but i already know your outside step high c video. Awesome one i use that one till this day, but i was talking about that superduck variation you showed at 1:31 . Even if you dont want to make a video on it, could you maybe explain the things your thinking of when shooting that one? Like are you pushing of your rear foot? Is the front foot penetrating? Whats the main differenece to the standard penetration step? Sorry for that long text but im kinda obsessed with this shot.

How do you know when to hit outside step vs inside step?

People typically have an inside step up one side and an outside step to the other.
