They are both wasting tax payer dollars. Someone may want to track whether that meal was on City credit card...knowing Cantrell's history with credit card use, I'd bet the city paid for that entire meal, and alcohol. With regard to the alcohol, isn't it a serious NOPD violation to be drinking booze while on the job as an officer? If so, Vappie broke that rule too. Both need to go.
