What's wild is that the Yakuza series actually has most of these minigames, all on its own..... - Conversation/persuasion (Hostess clubs, especially Yakuza 6) - Bowling - Shogi, aJapanese variant of Chess - Aroma Massage (Yakuza 3 and 4) - Duck racing (Yakuza 5, okay technically it's roosters) The only thing you won't find in a Yakuza game is a shooting gallery!

I'm a simple man, i see Kazuma Kiryu. i click (what can I say, the Yakuza series is my favourite game series ever) and for people who haven't played it yet, Pick up Yakuza 0, the stories in the Yakuza games are incredible, the characters are so well realised, so you'll feel for them every step of the way and can i just say that Haruka is the cutest thing ever, adorable and watching her grow up throughout the series is so rewarding for fans (but Haruka isn't introduced until the original game, which 0 is a prequel to, also Yakuza Kiwami is a remake of the first Yakuza game so you can also play Kiwami as a starting point if you want, then Kiwami 2, a remake of Yakuza 2, 3, 4, 5, 0 and then 6

Oh, there's also some of the minigames in the Danganronpa series. You play these during the Class Trials in order to put together info. One of them is a parody of Crazy Taxi where you pick up girls if you get the answer correct.

In Danganronpa, this "minigame" is actually the core gameplay lol

At least Telephone Club is _accurately_ tricky. In most games the conversational options are bloody obvious and thus kind of pointless when you can clearly see and easily pick the right one. Telephone Club is almost too real for awkward people: you know what you want to say, but your brain shoves a dozen weirdo-answers to the front and makes you forget the right one.

The commenter edition of this video should include the Cabaret Club Czar from Yakuza 0 just so Majima can appear too (and the Obatarian!)
@shawnfields23694 жыл бұрын
I'd love to see Majima on this list, as an entry. His cabaret club got the shaft in this video, although the telephone club minigame was more hilarious, and more, wtf-y. Really, Kiryu has the weirdest minigames in Yakuza Zero. Like Real Estate Royale, the disco dancing minigame, the karaoke minigame(for those 2, it's not the games themselves, but the way Kiryu does each of them, like the way he sings in karaoke, and the way he dances in the disco minigame), the crappy Pocket Circuit minigame, and the JCC, the bug girl fight club bullshit, you know, real weird shit.

@@vitorta6696 I agree. Can't wait to see that video. There's also a new Yakuza game being announced, although you don't play as Kiryu or Majima. You play as some new guy named Kasuga, or something. And, they're changing the battle system to an RPG-like battle system. Still, sounds good though.

@@shawnfields2369 The name of that game is a "resident evil: biohazard" situation all over again, since the name of the series in Japan is "like a dragon". Although it might be appropriate to have a different name since the gameplay is so different.

It may seem like double-dipping into the Sega/Yakuza pool a bit, but I'm surprised not to see Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise's bartending minigame here. Seriously, hearing Kenshiro say "you are already drunk" never ceases to put a smile on my face.

This list could have been only Yakuza games. Photo booth and MesuKing in Kiwami, cabaret and JCC in yakuza 0 or maybe pocket circuit racing in both games. Yakuza minigames are so weird... and yet really entertaining 😁
