There's something poetic in the way Andy just happens to drop by whenever Luke's hard at work doing Normal Adult Things. Not when he's flawlessly reciting a classic poem or displaying his rapier wit, but only when he's doing something that carries a reasonable chance of embarrassment.

The fact that Mike never pushed on questioning why Ellen needed him was so funny. Also, the fact that Andy was watching during the parts where Luke was acting silly and not reciting a classic poem.

I was impressed with how good she was able to do the dub voice for the first season, although I was a little annoyed by her saying that Ash tried to force Pikachu to evolve. He didn't. He asked Pikachu if he wanted to evolve and when Pikachu didn't he was okay with it.

Fun fact: Luke actually plays the drums in real life. He's put up videos of him practicing on his Twitter every so often. Also HUGELY impressed with how American they sound when they did Ash and Brock (signed, someone who lives near Los Angeles)

The carbon fibre dog armour at 20:17 has me absolutely baffled because in addition to simply not remembering if it's come up before, I can't immediately place whose drawing style that is. Sounds like an excuse to rewatch some of those drawing game streams! (And then I bet it turns out to have been drawn by Jon, or someone else who has never actually drawn on camera.) Though I would like to say, whoever did draw it, it's adorable

Whenever Andy comes in all 'what are you weirdos doing?' it just feels like one of the popular kids in school who makes fun of the nerds but is secretly really into nerdy stuff and is trying to connect with them but doesn't want to sacrifice his rep.

I recently told a coworker, who had bought herself her first Lite Brite, because she never got to have one as a kid, that as long as it makes you happy, there's no such thing as "too old for it". We should always try to keep our sense of wonder and excitement, no matter what. 😁

Just for anyone genuinely wondering, the reason (usually) children enjoy slime so much is a sensory thing. Its a completely different sensory experience than most things. And as someone with sensory issues, it can be quite calming.

Another banger episode of *The Kids Are Left Alone Without Supervision* (needs a catchier name). At this point Jon should get an extension to his leave; to which I imagine him on a lounge chair in some idyllic beach, wearing sunglasses, and sipping on a coconut. Also, please, _Please_ do another Pokemon cup challenge video... but next time include the rest of Oxbox, even Jon when he's back. 2:04 - I'm with Ellen, I thought this was a family friendly show.

These recent videos make me imagine a weird family dynamic... Jon the Responsible is away, and left the big kids (Andy, Jane and Mike) to look after the young twins (Luke and Ellen) and they are about what you'd expect from any teenaged babysitter - up to and including Mike's slightly-concerned-but-mostly-confused face when Ellen sits him down and says triumphantly, "I have a knife!" Jon, we miss you, but these episodes are GREAT. We absolutely need to get branded shirts with "Normal Adult Things"!
