Love the moldings, square sinks in all the bathrooms and that square tub is so inviting! For $170K that's great! But the kitchen/pantry is awesome! Love everything about this house!

I like a family room so the TV can go in there and not in the living room. I like living rooms for just relaxing and honestly don't have a TV because there's nothing on worth watching, but the kids can watch it.

❤❤❤ Something about the extra window in the kitchen I love. Have viewed some simglewides with it. I just luv it. The layout is perfect open but not to open still cozy, homey. Love wood cabinets!!!!!! Yes warms the space which btw this one is spaced out perfect. ❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊

I love to see the double-wides that have the wet side and the dry side on each half, that kind of saves you money as well because they don't have to run plumbing across to the other side if they keep the plumbing on one side

I like the living room. I love everything about the kitchen, huge pantry, great island, nice dining area. The master bedroom is a bit small. Beautiful master bath, but shower needs a seat.

Love this!! I would tweak the laundry room and put a sink where that cabinet is. I would definitely tweak the main ba. I would do away with the bathtub and move the shower in that area- only have one sink with a nice countertop and have the toilet on that same side too. Move those cabinets where the shower is. Then extend the wall that would also include where the water room is and have an entrance to the closet from the bedrm. Thanks Chance. 😊

Chance, you need to spend 30 seconds showing the cabinet drawers. They are such a huge differentiating factor between manufacturers and it would really help to figure out if the home is of the quality that we are looking for. As far as this floor-plan goes, we have seen a few very similar to this, and this maybe the best quality of the ones we have seen. The master bathroom is a bit too big for my taste, just a bit too wide of an entry way which to me wastes some valuable space. Would have preferred the pantry was against the back wall of the house and the closet was entered from the bedroom rather than the bath. Other than those couple of things I would have preferred, a very nice floor plan.

Hummm, no coat closet at entry. I’m not feeling that bedroom/ off entry way in the living room. Just not feeling the layout of rooms from the living room. The master bathroom looks to be larger than the master bedroom! Wasted space! Who lives in the bathroom?? I don’t know about this one.

Hey Chance! I know this a random question but I was curious.. how are certain manufactures making the double wides flooring flush like where they meet? I’ve seen some with that center seem and some without. Maybe id be a cool video on how it’s done or what’s the process .. or if anyone knows thanks 😊

They do it by not finishing the flooring on the two halves of the house before it is on site. So when you see that seem they have floored both sections separately and then finished it when put together. The ones I see with a continuous floor they only put the vinyl planks on one section and then work their way across the seem after the house is in place. Hope that makes sense.

For a large house, the kitchen was a disappointment. It seemed like an afterthought. The pantry is a good size but you lose space when the door opens inward. I didn’t see all of the closets unless there were none.

Almost all the bedroom doors are off high activity areas. Bad idea. Should be buffered with a little hallway or around a corner. Main bathroom has too much wasted space. Unnecessarily large. Get rid of the tub. Comdo shower/tub makes more sense. And that toilet closet? Looks more like a bowling alley.
