Hi,I'm here to give a bit of info on the nestle supligen. Its like an energy milk based beverage, which contains Actigen E and a blend of complex vitamins and minerals. Supligen is originated from the Caribbean region. And also helping joe with a lil pronunciation is su-pli-gen. By the way this is my first time commenting on any of your blogs, I'm from Trinidad and Tobago, I've just graduated from culinary school, and I must say laura u are the best, girl thank u soo much for bringing italy to all over the globe, I must say well done and thank u soo much. That section where you found the Supligen looks like a West Indian/Caribbean section, the rose water is from a Jamaican brand named Benjamins and there was a Walkerswood jerk seasoning a few shelves below. Joe, Re: Grocery store, I lived in the Caribbean for several years after collegeand recognized all of those foods in the section that you were in. The section of the market you were in was the Jamaican/Caribbean foods section. SUP-LI-GEN is the equivalent of ENSURE here in the states...Its a nutritional creamy vanilla drink that has alot of vitamins and minerals.

when I heard collaboration I thought of Benji immediately and then you mentioned him and I freaked out!
