February 4, 2010 - Coming into Madison Square Garden on an 11-game winning streak, Ovechkin and the Capitals continued their mid-season tear of 2009-10. Ovechkin came in sitting at 497 career points. He helped lead a comeback effort with an assist and two goals, the second of which came one-handed and earned him career point number 500 in just his 373rd game.
