Oven Baked Handvo ! Garma Garam Handvo &Thandi Thandi Chutney, Rice Lentil Savory Cake timetocook.ca

In this video I will share with you all super easy and tasty oven baked handva recipe without fermentation.
Ingredients :-
1 Cup Chana Daal
1/3 Cup Tuver Daal
2 Cup Rice
2 Medium squash (dudhi / lauki /bottlegourd)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Chilli Paste
3 Garlic Paste
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1tsp Eno
Lemon Juice 2 tsp

I made Handvo using the ready made Hanvo flour and followed your steps. Result was good but only thing that my Handvo got stuck in the bottom part of the glass container I used to bake in oven. How to avoid that? I baked for about 40 mins in the same glass container which you used in video. I greased the pan with enough oil too. Please guide how to avoid that stickiness in the glass pan? Thanks!

Can you pls respond to my question from 9 montns ago? How much shredded squash did you use in terms of cups? One cup of shredded squash or 2 cups? You have given mesurements for all the other ingredients but the squash.

Add squeezed Squash / zucchini about roughly 1/4 the batter amount. Zucchini has more water that you will squeeze out so buy more than you feel like it's enough. I had gotten about half the amount of shredded zucchini after squeezing

Your recipe is great but a little confusing.. Dudhi and zucchini come in different sizes and weight. If I had to use shredded zucchini could you please you could indicate the amount of the shredded zucchini for this recipe in terms of standard American cup size, just like you did for the dals and rice.
