Oven-Baked Italian Meatballs
2 pound Ground Beef, or a mixture of ground beef & sausage
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Herbs de Provence (optional)
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Dried Parsley
2 Tbsp. Minced Onions
1-2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl add all ingredients
3. Mix with a dough hook in you mixer, or by hand
4. Mix well to combine the flavors
5. Shape into meatballs and place on prepared baking pan, not touching each other
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
7. Remove from hot pan and place on paper towels to absorb any grease
8. When cooled, place on baking pan, cover, place in freezer until completely frozen
9. Remove from pan and store in ziplock bags or a container of your choice.
