So I didn't have Red snapper but I did have catfish fillets. So I seasoned them the same way u did the Red Snapper n I used your greens seasoning on top w/ lemon wedges. I must say it was so good. Sometimes u gotta improvise when u don't have all the ingredients☺️

Another good recipe to try but have to head to the fish market for snapper. Oil the aluminum foil then wrap will see if I have a tray with holes if not will have to put on a baking tray.
