I had something very similar to this at lvl 88. I then tried something else…. I was pissed 🙄. I then tried to remember what my paragon was like before, and couldn’t. Thank you for posting this. I’m going to fix my rogue tomorrow morning. I also just picked up Condemnation, so will definitely give combo points a try again. Congrats on lvl 100!!!

This is a nice one. Im using a twisting blades variant myself and its the best out of everytbing else ive tried. If the enemies are not at least 10 levels above it just feels trivial lol and rogue feels tanky as hell with the right setup!

Is there some gimmick to getting the poison imbuement proc? It happens rarely for me and I don't understand how people are chaining these procs and getting infinite poison.

Im struggling so hard to find a good build for my 91 rogue. I feel like I cant handle more than 44-45 dungeons. More will kill me instantly. Is this build good for aoe and single target? And maybe survivability

YESS! i feel you that was my struglle! so to answer you in a simple way the combo points plus condemnation plus aspect of the espectant combination is very strong therfore your damage wont be lacking every other aspect can be defensive aspects and boom you are ready to take on this nm dungeons!

I'm using combo points with flurry and shadow, so far I been running 56 at lvl 83. What I did was changing my paragon and glych to more de fence focus

can I ask, have you considered amethysts in your weapons for increased DOT for the poison? Or is just landing the CC more important overall you found?

The issue with the DOT it takes already to long to go down, so I find it more important on just landing the CC and having the Imbued damage be higher. Irk if that makes sense. Specially against lilith she is soo annoying

Amazing guide and well explained, left u a Abo here. 😊 One question: I know crit chance is good for the 75% more poison damage node but I've heard that DOT damage doesen't crit in D4, isn't Crit Damage a dead attribute in this case or do I miss something? And what would be better instead? DEX? Thanks in advance for the help.

I keep crit due to the low monsters is faster killing them with the crit that with the dot, but yes you are 100% right you dont need crit you can focus more on DEX and the DOT

@@ToteTorres69 thanks a lot for the clarification. Ye it makes sense to use Crit Damage for the initial TB damage, especially at trashmobs to onehit them directly. :) Guess will have to try both and see what suits me the best in higher GRs......any changes for NM100?

My bad i thought i explained it at the beginning, but in short you use the combo points, plus condemnation plus aspect of the expectant to do all the damage after that you can take which ever other aspects you want. And basically is just spamming basic attacks and then your core skilll making sure to have your 3 combo points to maximize the damage, example on the clip i show around min 02:45

@@ToteTorres69 Thank you. I’m using all the same aspects now, but I guess my gear didn’t roll as well so it’s very very hard to even get through Tier 40s, and damage output is so slow. That’s a warning to others, too. Unless you get GREAT rolls on items, you’re not going to be doing extremely high NM dungeons.

Uhhm just to point out: Your crits with your weapon isn't where your Dots tick is based off. Aside from the fact that DOTS in diablo doesn't CRIT. So base damage of ticks will still be your "all Damage" without the crit applied. This means condemnation has nothing to do with your crit but probably cause of your close damage and raw damages. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm looking for a viable Dots poison build.

So i want to switch from shadow to poison on lvl85 now, and am wondering if its smart to roll my gear to poison (pretty similar in rolls) straight to this build, or try your first iteration first, bc i have like zero lucky hit chance haha

I would say is better to continue grinding and slowly get the pieces together the issues of rolling your current gear to this is that it will cost you a lot and the RNG sucks in this game

The issue is that many skill points I get come from the items. But the build is not minmax. So dont worry about that, what matters on this build is condemnation, aspect of the expectant and combo points

Def swords! I have to use one of the daggers here due to being a unique but swords always for that chance of getting double critical strike damage + the vulnerable damage and whatever else you want, daggers dont get that double critical strike damage :/

@@ToteTorres69 Pretty sure I have a dagger with CSD, CSD imbued and Vul damage. What the dagger lacks is the inherent CSD instead replaced with the lackluster +Close damage

YEs you canget teh CSD Imbud but you wont be able to get that double CSD like swords, example with a swords you will be able to get CSD, CSD, CSD imbud and Vul damage
