Good video Jerad, got the Clavi with purple scales just like yours. It's been my secondary for a little over 6 months, use it every day with very little wear on the black finish. One of the best pocket knives I've ever purchased. Thanks

I digg my Feist XL in 4V, I use that thing for almost everything. The 4V just takes such an amazing edge, and for $90 it's a steal.

I think the original button-lock-only Civivi Elementum deserves an honorable mention for a slim knife with no studs or flippers protruding out. It's pretty light for how long it is. The button lock makes it very safe to operate.

I really like the gentleman knife in general. The one that I have that I like especially is the Boker Kwaiken in S35VN that has just a little flipper tab. When I first opened it I wasn’t sure how it was supposed to open. When I ran my finger down the back I could just barely feel the flipper tab.

I think a really good ceo style gent knife is the carbon fiber Kizer Genie in s35vn. It's so lightweight and slim I love it I carry it everyday along with my newly acquired Pulsar by Kunwu!

My Civivi Imperium is one of my favorites. The nitro V steel takes a great edge, and its super easy to carry.

Really like the Ocaso, but I'm too cheap to cough up what they're asking. Harpoon is my favorite, but all the blade shapes look good honestly. Wish it was half the cost.

I've used the Clavi to get splinters out, it has that much control. The tip disappears when you try to focus your eye on it.

I just seen where Civivi is releasing a Tanto Button lock Brazen in 14c. Can’t wait for that bad boy. Always like that design. I like that Ocaso but they want too much for them. I love that Hazakura.

I've got a question- I just preordered the civivi elementum wharncliffe. It comes in nitro-v. Does civivi do a good job with their nitro-v? I haven't really heard much about it. Hey Joe, I'm not Jerad but I own several Civivi knives that use NITRO-V, it's been a good steel for me holds an edge pretty well and strops back easily.

The Civivi McKenna is one of my favorite slim knives. The new MKM Miura is good too. I can't wrap my head the pricing on Ocaso knives. I'm just not seeing the appeal or value. Selling knives with basic designs at 160 bucks for D2 and G10 just seems nuts in today's market.

I really like it too. Thoughts on the front flipper? Doesn't quite work for me the way I'd like it to. I usually thumb stud deploy. Mine disappeared on me and I bought another one. A lot of knives I wouldn't be willing to pay for twice, or even notice that it was missing!
