Very nice! You clearly had a lot of fun. Well, I’m now inspired to try making my own Region, but I want to do a few things *very* differently. First, I want the starters to be one of the other perfect triangles that you described in your Choose Your Starter video. Second, I want both the Elite Four and Champion to use Double Battles. Third, the Elite Four will be the only remaining types that haven’t appeared in Elite Four rosters yet: Normal, Electric, Grass and Fairy. Because of the Double Battle system, they’ll also have full teams of 6 Pokémon. Finally, I want to use a variation system for the 8 Gym Leaders: you can face them in *any* order, and the number of badges you have determines their teams. If anyone else thinks these are good ideas, feel free to try them. I’d be *very* interested to see what someone comes up with.

Instead of Fakemon, I made 151 different species of dragons inspired by multiple different series - mainly HTTYD and DnD. Thought 151 would be a logical number for how many I should have in my fantasy world - and yes, I did get this from the gen 1 Pokedex number. x3 I also got creative with my dragon designs too. For example, I have one that's based on a Birthday cake x3.

32:30 Michael, Game Freak didn't make a Common Badge. In Black and White (2), the badge given to you is the Basic badge, not common. Whitney in gen 4 gives you the Plain badge in Goldenrod. You were the first to make the Common badge

Just because he was young doesn't mean he can't make good designs. When I was 11 or so, me and my friends had made fakemon. They were pretty well designed, too. Of course not super well, we were pretty young. But looking back they do look alright.

Nicole L Well from what you commented I will assume that you have pretty good artistic talent. Michael doesn't seem like he had good artistic talent back then. Some of the concepts he came up with are interesting, such as Pristeryx ,but it's the art style that makes them look not as good as they could. I myself drew a bunch of Fakemon when I was 10. I found them years later and saw how poorly drawn they were that I decided to redraw them all and now they look so much better. I suppose that if Michael had the time to redraw them he could make them better. He has said before that he doesn't have amazing artistic talent.

It’s harder to make more original fakemon now because there’s almost 900 Pokémon currently, and it’s more possible to accidentally make a Pokémon similar to one that already exists
