I have lived in Miami for years, and I had never seen so many yacht and exotic car rentals all over the place during the peak of the pandemic. It was also well known that many people commited fraud with the Payroll Protection Loans, some of them getting millions of dollars! That’s why I really hate paying taxes!

This news story talks about the criminals outside unemployment office trying to collect unemployment money, but why don’t they cover the criminals and racist people working inside the unemployment offices. I live in Maryland and we probably have the most screwed up unemployment system in the world. So many people in Maryland got unemployment money, but those people who got unemployment money never worked a day in their life. On the flip side, people who did work and lost their jobs still have not gotten their unemployment money and have been waiting weeks, months, years. I am one of those people. I lost my job during a brutal merger snd still have not received my unemployment money yet. I am still waiting fir my money. Many innocent people like me have suffered because of the criminals and racists who work within the unemployment office. Sone of those bad people are: Judy Smylie, CJ Morrison, and Sean D Wallace. Judy Smylie is the one who denied me my right to an attorney and I have a disability, so I needed a lawyer. She also was very rude and insulting to me after I lost my job and I was already down. Ms. Smylie is the one who made sure I never got evidence from other side. She also lost my evidence, so my evidence was never looked at during my trial. I was denied right to an attorney and my evidence was never looked at because unemployment office lost it. Ms. Smylie is also the one who kept opening and closing my case. My company bosses did not show up a few times to hearing one time because they had gone overseas and failed to let unemployment office know before they went. The second time my bosses didn’t show up because they got drunk at a bar the night before and mixed up the dates. My bosses contacted Judy Smylie and she reopened case back up fir them because they got drunk and couldn’t attend hearing. Judy Smylie reopened case for my firmer bosses because they got drunk before a hearing, but Ms. Smylie would not postpone the hearing to let me be by my dying grandmother. She didn’t even let me attend my grandmother’s funeral because Ms. Smylie intentionally held hearing during that time when she knew when was my grandmother’s funeral. Ms. Smylie didn’t even let me have an in person hearing, which would have guaranteed me a fair trial. CJ Morrison is the one who let trial go on knowing I had a disability and was denied right to an attorney. He also knew unemployment office lost my evidence snd he still let trial go on. He bullied me during hearing by mocking my speech disability. He made racist comments to me especially by intentionally mispronouncing my name and one could tell he was intentionally mispronouncing it by the way he talked snd his gestures. CJ Morrison is a bully and racist, which is a fact if one heard my hearing audio. Sean Wallace is another hearing examiner who never let me speak and let trial go on knowing unemployment office lost my evidence and my evidence was never looked at. He is the one who said that unemployment office doesn’t care about the working class person. They only like the rich, greedy, businesses. He actually said this. This is probably why the rich keep getting richer and poor keep getting poorer because have corrupt, racist people like Judy Smylie, CJ Morrison, and Sean D Wallace in high ranking offices. If they had an ounce of humanity, they would have done the right thing by giving me a fair trial, but didn’t. I just hope and pray that there is someone out there willing to listen to me and will help me in this matter or situation.

Over zealous unemployment adjudicators have also targeted the innocent. Once again, the most vulnerable are hurt because one needs a lawyer to fight felony fraud charges in our corrupt court system stacked against the poor. This type of news reporting really needs to be more balanced in these volatile times. The large majority of those who filed claims did so legally and used the money as was intended.

My daughter lost her job after working at Fed Ex for almost 3 years. She is only 21. She has worked since she was I6. First she had to validate her identity. She did that. She has valid Identification now they are saying she is denied because she doesn’t drive. She was only out of work 2 months and has found another job. She only needs unemployment for the time she was off and her job approved it, unemployment keeps denying it. Please someone help me understand!She didn’t defraud or steal anything? One day she is approved the next day denied . She is working now, only off 2 months. Her bills need to be paid. She worked through COVID.

I wish they’d be a bit more balanced in reporting and provide context. How many of the unemployment checks went to people who deserves it vs fraud (what percentage)? Causes of fraud? Is it only the SSN? Then that means the SSN system is at fault and not the unemployment insurance scheme no?

I know that Paducah Kentucky trreid to get me to file for employment benfits, luckily I was honest and told them that I hadn,t worked so I didn,t qualify for benfits. I am 100% honest outside of disability there is no way you should have got unemployment. You can get as many jobs as you want. It's easy. You just don't want to work. I don't mean a career I mean a job. I know someone who rather collects unemployment and live off of savings than get a regular job instead of a career that she had before the pandemic.

So you place liens on their homes and cars and property etc. You also charge the city and the prison system and policing and the FBI (local and regional branches) etc. The Secretary of State is also charged...haha Web Masters is not a great thing...that has always been a failed schemata...so no, its always been a set up because normal Internet Procedures never require a webmaster on the property...they only work on call...and only have access temporarily for several hours etc...and the webmaster must be bonded and must have insurance on their work...haha..same with federal employees.
