Finally got the numbuzin products from melon and starfish based in uk .Would love if you could do a glass skin am routine with them how I would incorporate vit c as I use that ,also night time every 3 night I use tretonoin so have ordered the numbuzin 3 essence and no3 softening serum so need help with that I'm 45 but love glass hydrated skin xx

At night its essence / serum / tretinoin / night cream. I like to add hyaluronic acid into my routine too for that super hydrated, smooth skin look. Sheena xx

Do you think HRT helps with aging especially in the face?

I've never been on HRT but research shows that it does help with aging offering benefits such as a more youthful skin, improved skin elasticity, boosted collagen and therefore increased skin firmness. I am not a medical expert though so your doctor will recommend if HRT is right for you as well as informing you of other effects HRT can have.
