If you are over (or under) 50, you should be on KZbin now!! Stop making excuses and Just Do It!! It is easier than you think and you will get so much out of it, in ways you never even thought of. You might even make a little extra cash. But you won't if you don't get past the negative thoughts and put it out there.
If we can do it, you can to. Here are a few tips to pushing yourself past the doubts and fears and taking the plunge into KZbin. Good Luck!

46 y.o. here. Gen x we face some unique stuff. Ageism, aging parents, etc. Going thru a career pivot, along with changes on caring for out mother. I thought about it and yeah, I feel like who wants to listen to me. I listen to all your videos. You guys really are authentic, and people appreciate that.

I enioy your channel and told my husband I think we'd get along well with you guys lol (he actually introduced me to your channel). I'm considering started a channel to talk about different life journeys. My husband and I have done some Facebook videos in the past on budgeting and other things we've learned in life and we enjoyed doing those together. I really enjoy your channel. Some of your topics I can relate to and some I have learned from. Example.....you demonstrated how to cut up a watermelon fast and since then I have done it your way. Keep up the good work. Enjoy all your videos!!

Hey there! I’ve followed your getting monetized videos and have started getting more content out, but I’m still less then 10 subscribers after almost 2 months. I just don’t think the videos are getting out there! It’s frustrating as I’m on Social Security now after looking for a new job over a year. I did have a few offers and accepted as well, but the situations didn’t work out. So I was still planning on working until retirement age at least. Now I have CC debt again after thinking I’d be back at work again, so KZbin has to work out. At this rate, it will be years before I can get enough traction. There was one week where my video when out and had 28 views in 24 hours, but after that it was viewed once or twice a week. Still this was beyond frustrating. I thought at least I’d have comments, likes. Another person posted in the same topic and instantly had over 3K views and 1K subscribers!

I totally understand how frustrating it can be to put in so much effort and not see immediate results. Remember, building an audience takes time, and every creator has their own journey. Keep pushing out content, and don't hesitate to experiment with different topics or formats to see what resonates!

@@beforeitstoolate2023 Thanks for responding! It’s strange how impatient I’ve become as I’ve gotten older! Lol! Last night after watching your wife’s video on being fired, I was thinking about my own job journey and realized how things have changed for me drastically after turning 50. I often felt I was being “pushed out” of jobs, and I could not figure out as my work was appreciated and certainly added to over the years. Often the attitude of “we just can’t afford you” was directed as me. Anyway, having a KZbin channel was something I had considered over the years, yet avoided. I struggle with the idea that God has led me here, yet I feel in a holding pattern, lol. I really appreciate your content and perspective. At this point, I realize it’s time to go back to basics, and I appreciate the spiritual perspective on things!

But that wouldn't help them to be self sufficient and give them the sense of accomplishment that comes with knowing they can do it on their own. But we will keep it in mind.

For this video we recorded it on my iPhone 15 ProMax and used the ECOMXIA 2 Pcs Wireless Lavalier Microphones that I ordered from Amazon. I use Wondershare Filmora for my editing. Thanks for watching.
