I really like this house. I like the size of the master bedroom. I love the living room is separated from the dining room and kitchen. And I love that that TV doesn’t have to be way up the wall! I like my TV at eye level. And the bathroom backside is for the wife or the woman. the front sink and toilet could be for the husband, the shower in between. I really like that, no reason for him to be messing in my stuff in the back of the bathroom. lol Easy for two people to get ready for work at the same time and not be in each other’s way.

The first one is wild. It's for people who like to do everything together. 💩 😉 lol. Chance, would you give us a closer look at the windows in these homes? Maybe it's b/c I've lived in the North my whole life, but I can't imagine having anything other than Double Pane. I've had single pane in the past, and I'll never do that again. Besides not keeping the cold out, they sweat and start eroding the plaster and wood in the window framing within a few years. It'd be a shame to see that happen in such nice looking homes. 🌺 Thanks in advance.

If you sweep something into that baseboard heater , you will have a fire. Roll out windows and baseboard heating. We had a home with those in the 70s. What was old is new again.
