I over applied PGR on my Bermuda Grass

Thank You sir, I just put down PGR o er the past weekend, my lawn tips are browning a bit and some yellowing mixed in. I sprayed T-Nxt and Green Pop fertilizer and iron. I’ve noticed the lawn has slowed down in 3days, I’m now just waiting for the green up to start back up. Hopefully it corrects itself. I’m just north of Boston, grass HOC is 3/4” and is Beranbrug RTF tall fescue. Thank You for the help and knowledge

No worries. I did the same two seasons ago. But what I can tell you that you will be shocked at the color once it comes back.

Use urea 44-0-0 low rate or I use 7-0-0 greene county. Doesn't miss a beat. Even a quick release granular

I do half the rate and apply another half rate two weeks later and I get a dark green on my tif way 419

i used Govenor-G by The Andersons for the first time this year, went light for first coat and so far its been good. The color and spreading is really amazing. I used it because its granular and it was easier to use.

I use 0.38 oz per 1k sq ft of T Nex. I also put in 8 oz of 7 0 0 Greene Effect/ 1k sq ft. My first app of the year is a little bronze, but the next 4 apps are perfect. It cuts my reel mowing from every other day to once every 4 to 5 days.

It has drastically cut my mowing back. I cut yesterday just to do it and barely had clippings in basket. I'm sitting on the front porch tonight feeling like I need to be doing something! Lol

I also over applied on mine, thought I would be smart to do a .1 per 1k, but my second application I put down .2 within two weeks of putting down .1. Thought I had fungus problems but I think after seeing your video I have the same thing. Also love your 1st gen sequoia, have one myself in that same color

Even with spot leveling, wouldn't want to hold off on PGR? Unless you did not spray those areas.

I always wanted to try PGR on my old lawn but T-Nex is banned by me. My Scotts ProVista KBG has it built in to the turf and it definitely grows slower.

Thx Sunny. It's a bronze haze. My neighbor's x 2 lawn company has caught on to me. He hit them w heavy N and they are bagging, cutting low and often.... It's looks good.

Man you should take a broom to your neighbors lawn if the sand is dry it will drop it down in the canopy better than the leveling rake.

I've done a boom and leaf rake. It's down.... Lawn was very uneven. All good now though. Thx for watching and commenting!
