Welcome to another episode of Scrap Mechanic! Today I am over-engineering another weapon that is completely impractical! This time it involved two giant clapping hands covered in spinning drills! It also uses a mechanism that converts the linear motion from pistons to rotational motion in the hands! Any other ideas? Comment below!

7:51 when you say it was more difficult than expected, did you not just flip the right hand over(either by putting a lift under it or welding it upside down to a pole), then use the wiring tool(been a while since I played scrap mechanic, so no clue if that’s right) to find exact bearing locations if needed

When he mentioned a over engineered piston clapper then just using a bearing with a motor I was also imagining something like that and when I saw his piston clapper it was not too engineered and my picture was way more engineered It may sound stupid but I haven't played the game but have played similar sandboxes like scarp mechanic even though they're physic engine are not
