I agree. Sometimes over explaining videos can be too fast or aggressive. I think that just kind of happens naturally when over explaining But this one is the perfect speed.

17:00 you know what is interesting to me? That description of bark reminds me of onions. The peel is the same ingredient as the layers inside. But we take the outer layers off of both onions and trees.. when we can make stock from both…

Oh, interesting! Google is going to start giving me ads for sprinkles, I've googled this so many times now!! 😆 It seems that "jimmies" is a New England thing, so I guess it made it's way over to NJ! My family is originally from NY and we are definitely a "sprinkles" family. Words are weird! :)
