Good vid. I visited Pahrump about 30 years ago. It was the home of late-night AM radio host Art Bell. At the time, the town only had one traffic light that I could see.

@@NashiraGamino Idk about more popular but it's an attractive choice for affordability. From what I understand the town listens to the community as far as what development or business should go in. I don't think they want go big like Las Vegas or any big city but opportunities is there so long they plan it out

Nice video, I bought a retirement home in Pahrump in 2020, Ill be there full time next June, I love it there. FYI, the Saddle West campground is on the west or the back side of the casino right on 160, you had to have driven right by it.

Yes, Pahrump has been steadily growing and is currently around 35,000 residents. Builders have 15 new construction sites. Additionally, there are at least 30 new projects in various sectors such as fast-food chains like Arby's and Chipotle, Midas Muffler, convenience stores, and more, contributing to the booming commercial development in the Pahrump Valley. Retirees make up a huge portion of the population as of now but Pahrump holds the title for the fastest growing rural city!

Love Pahrump but Im concerned about all the home building there. Is there any rules about "overbuilding" on the land there ? We dont want it to become like vegas.

Great question! I’m not sure what the rules would be in regards to overbuilding. I’ve heard of some land there being too soft to have building built on it so not sure how the city plans to handle these issues.

Nevada is the only state where prostitution is legalized...However, in Clark County which includes Reno, Las Vegas, and Washoe Country it is illegal. And from what I know there is absolutely no way you can open up a brand new brothel due to the licensing laws. Isn't that crazy? The lowest temperature in Pahrump is low 30s and some high 20s. @@NashiraGamino Okay got it, yea after i graduated from College, my buddies and i called up some places on the Phone Book from our Las Vegas Hotel rooms and they said it is illegal to get Hookers in Vegas. Even for Private Freak Shows in our rooms.... We were gonna get a few for our Friend's Bachelor's Party! btw, do you know the Rates at these Pahrump Brothels or the Nevada Bunny Ranches? ✌✌
