Beautiful build. Love the layers of height with the streetcars going up the plaza hillside and the small road servicing the harbor with the breakwater stones. The arch perched on the quays give it a real sense of importance.

I'm not one to focus as much as you guys on detailing, but that peninsula work... Still trying to pick my jaw from the floor. Looks sooooooooooooo Good. I hope that town will be made available for download when you guys are done (with a collection for all the necessary mods). Much to study and learn to replicate for myself. Thanks for the build! ( PS: Personal pet peeve, I hate how the unmodded trams look. I feel it clashes with the beautiful evereything else. You guys should get some of these nice trams of the workshop, like the Alstom Citadis 302 or 402... But like I said, personal pet peeve, minor in the grans scheme of things. )

I am still a noob when it comes to prop line tool and need to practice with it more. I especially liked the tram stop up by the business park. Seeing the cim movement is the best part for me.

It is great, I was hooked on this especially today for some reason! It is just such a chill, relaxed spot at the seaside. I would love to sit at that ice cream parlor and look out at the sea.

I live in the St.Louis area and see the real Arch almost every day . I play on the PS4 and have never unlocked it in game. Being limited to 9 tiles makes it a bit difficult to reach the goal of 20,000 commercial squares to unlock it AND have my cities look realistic in vanilla. The goal is to reproduce downtown STL ,but not until I get that asset.

I'm interested to see how you incorporate the new tram roads (that are coming next week) into the capital tram lines and possibly into ur personal city. I think it'd be a missed opportunity to not give direct access to the tram for the residents of the pedestrian district.

I think there was an opportunity missed to put a cable car connection between the cruise terminal and the top of the promotory and tram terminal
