Exactly on time. I've been struggling with attention and lack of focus and concentration for a long time. It's tough when I'm at work and that's why I feel I will never be able to have a decent job.

Hi Doctor, Please make a video about the following topics: 1. How pornography leads to OCD 2. How it leads to anxiety 3. How long the symptoms last for someone who has watched it for 20 years I am taking Zoloft for anxiety and watching your videos every day, but I don’t know why I am irritated-maybe because of school. I don’t have the money to buy the headband now, but I will when I can. Please, please make these videos. Thank you.

Thank you for all of the work you do putting these videos out. I had 16 days clean from porn and then relapsed for about a total of 6 days with collectively probably 3 hours of porn total. I know there probably isn’t set guidelines to that but do you think that would have reset my brains healing process all over or is only 3 hours not enough to unwire the progress so far? Thank you in advance!

My Garmin constantly tells me I’m stressed. I looked into how Gramin measures stress and apparently it measures heart beats. Consistency in heart rate indicates stress. Less consistency indicates not stressed. I am very seriously considering getting a consultation and the program to reprogram my brain to resolve stress and anxiety. I took Silva Method training almost 40 years ago. I found it to be really great but life doesn’t always allow the peace and quiet and time for meditation. Don’t use it and lose it.
