Also, seriously consider if you really want to be teaching BRITISH English! Be aware that the most desired dialect is definitely American English. You really don't want to be teaching "Have a try..." when Simply "Try it..." is more desirable.

想准备办理去中国做英语老师的签证，有几个东西是必须的。以美国人为例子，第一个是学位证书认证，请认准出学位的大学的所在地，因为是按照领区划分的，具体可以在中国的外交网站查询，再举个例子，如果你的 学位证书是在俄勒冈州取得的，请去旧金山领馆做认证，如果是亚利桑那州拿到的，请去洛杉矶领馆做认证；第二个是无犯罪记录，一般是三种，第一种是当地警局出的无犯罪记录，一般需要邀请public notary同去当地警局，要public notary见证警官签名的，再送去州务卿认证，第二种是当地州司法部（deparment of justic）,州务卿可以直接认，最后一种是FBI出的无犯罪记录，一般只能送国务卿认证再送DC的中国大使馆认证了，其他领馆没有权力认证的；第三个是去办理签证的时候，除了中国公司所在地人力资源局出具的具有二维码的工作确认函之外，还请带上两张照片，最重要的还有教师资格证，TEFL,剑桥英语或者其他可以证明自己具有教英语能力的资料来领馆办理签证
