Overcoming Depression & Sleep Epilepsy | Sharing My Testimony

Thank you so much for joining.
Depression & Sleep Epilepsy has always been something that is very close to my heart. It's not necessary easy topics to talk about. I believe that it is my responsibility as a Christian to testify about God's goodness. Sharing my testimony is not only raw but also taps into parts of me that most people would want to hide from the world. I believe that it is important to be transparent with mental illness and to embrace that God created psychologist to help guide us through healing. Healing is also mostly a journey and not instantly.
