Ladies, thank you so much for this conversation! I am so grateful for it. The parts regarding dealing with naysayers hit a nerve with me. These people discourage us and say "no" either because they can't see beyond the present or they're projecting their own fears. I've dealt with people who have told me to not dream so big, to not aim higher, etc., and I find myself thinking small. I am slowly relearning to not hide myself and learning to put myself out there more. Surrounding myself around other dreamers and those who believe that the sky is the limit has been so wonderful. Your conversation was a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you so much.

This is so helpful to me n the space I’m currently in brokenness …..denial holds healing …give your self grief space ….personality v/s wounds = Armour …no longer be surprised by people who want change, permission for middle ground ,doses ,moderation learning healthy boundaries both have to be willing to grow 22:12 mutuality self awareness right or wrong just different compromise … I I love this new place of understanding me

At this time I am so enthralled by the comment Dr. Thema’s mom made re: single gift vs multi gifted. I remember seeing this clip on IG months ago, and I’m finally able to watch the interview!

Came back to this conversation today and it was so timely as it relates to co-parenting and intergenerational healing alongside my mom. So many gems! Especially the end reminder to check-in with our body for what we may not be ready to verbally admit 😮💨👏🏾

And being multi-gifted. I needed the permission given to exist without interference for those that may not understand.

Thank you both, Ladies. The conversation was delicious. The outdoor setting was just gorgeous. And I was impressed with the sound quality; there was no wind interference at all. High quality all the way around. Oh, and I agree with you, Koya, about that favorite quote. I wrote it down for future reference. Continued success to both of you. Namaste'
