You have helped me down this road to recovery. I've found out I left me behind along time ago, but I've found me and I'm madly in love with the me I left behind.

I watched your interview with Mel Robins and the story of the Chicken and Egale was really something I need to hear. I really like your podcast so far I got to Ep 3 but have decided to come back to ep1 and try your suggestions for a week. I find changing habits and consistency is something I have a really hard time doing because of my self talk and scripts really get in my way of being consistent.

Your podcast was recommended by KZbin...I'm sooo happy. I've had to litterally start from the 1st show so I can start a on a clean slate. Thank you!!!

Starting from the beginning and going through for the first time. Lots to reflect on. A lil shame/guit came up, and yet I showed myself some compassion. Movement, meditation, and music make me feel more connected to myself and restores/replenishes me. Got to get back to my dancing, singing hikes.

I'm so grateful i've discovered your podcast Dr Thema. I went to therapy for 1 year and it helped me a lot to unpack my trauma and deal with my anxiety. Hearing your words helps a lot too. Plus i love the fact that you're also a Black woman and a preacher, I feel that I Can relate even more to your message. Peace and blessings. A listener from France.

Thank you! It is good to hear you deliver the truth to us all! Between yourself and your brother, you merge generational divide, as well as say things to our people that we often don't want to hear. You both are truly blessed with unique yet intersecting gifts! You are a true attestation of good parenting. As a people, we have to shift from this obsession with stuff, commercialism, of things we cannot afford, but serves as a false sense of self and instead invest in things that can build us up.
