Reading the title, although I’m not a beginner I haven’t driven in a long time as I have driving anxiety. I’m not as nervous when I have an experienced driver next to me, but when I drive alone, I do get anxiety.

What I can recommend is practice a lot, try driving more frequently so you can become more familiar. Even if its around the block couple times daily go for that drive it will help you tremendously.

Thank you for this video. I’m 19 and still trying to get my permit. I took the permit Thursday and almost passed the permit test only got 20 right and 5 wrong almost did it. I will retake my permit next Thursday. Your videos are helpful tho. And scared about driving but your videos are giving me confidence. Thank you!

Last Fall I took drivers Ed and started my behind the wheel instruction. This summer I’m going to do more training so I can be more confident before my road test.

Thank you I passed the first time road test thanks to this girl. Thank you very much. But frankly speaking I am still nervous many times driving on the road, especially the roads that I don’t know beforehand.

Will soon be retaking my road test . I was nervous the first time i took the test when parellel parking and hit the cones 😢 but after watching this video and the other ones from this channel, im feeling more confident to retake my test again . I am a confident driver. i will pass my road test

You can start driving even in simulation. Just like ATS and ETS2 in my opinion it gives more confidence when in the front of the vehicle.

Yes, that's definitely an option. However, I do believe real time practicing with your vehicle as often as you can is what will help you most gain that behind the wheel experience.

the last time i practiced driving, (maybe about 4 months ago) another car behind us almost hit us and ever since then i’ve been super duper scared but now i think i’m ready to practice driving again and another big problem i have is that i subconsciously look into the rear view mirror and when i see another car behind me it’s like my whole entire body just freezes up and it’s like a can’t move

Just watched this on KZbin for the first time today. I'm closer to 40 than to 30 years old, I'm 39 years old and I admit that I watching movies both "Twister" and "Dante's Peak", maybe "Speed" were why I never learned how to drive at 16 years old, and were a little bit scary I only learned how to drive by using a riding lawn mower and even at work, the golf cart when it's not turned on. For goodness sake, my parents, mainly my Dad, never let's me drive, either our vehicles or even the riding lawn mower. Don't laugh at or make fun of me for it. I don't have a driver's license or a car, so I can't drive 💒🤟✝️.
