What joy you must have in your heart when you see Frank having a pretty good day and wanting to play, chase logs, and swim. He has a ton of strength and the love you have for him empowers him. You’re a well balanced team. Thanks for your insights and thoughts on fear. It can draw negative energy and you can leave yourself open to things that the universe would just let float on past you. Being aware is not being fearful. Being mentally and physically prepared, i.e. bear spray, life jackets, a nice fire at night, is just common sense. You’re extremely wise. The lifestyle you have chosen for yourself suits you perfectly. Can’t wait for you to share the Yukon with us. Life is beautiful. Enjoy. Be safe. Know you and Frank are loved and respected and extremely appreciated. Sending white light, positive energy and protection your way, all the way from sunny, hot, and humid So. East FL. ❤🙏🏽

I'll add another Wow what a lake comment to add to the others! It looked so peaceful out there and so cool to see the beavers and loons just doing their thing. Migraines really suck but at least you had your own space to relax in. It must've been horrible to be out on the water like that without being able to get back to Truck quickly. Can't wait to see your midnight sun adventures 🕛🌞

I really appreciate the peacefulness of your channel, and your relationship with Frank reminds me of my relationship with my beloved DJ, who would be 23 were she still with us. I envy your ability to just go out there and do things yourself, there was a time when I could have but now I am 60 and have acquired disabilities and I am still looking forward to doing just a fraction of it in a few years.

Oh and I am so glad you talked about fear. I was NEVER scared of anything!! Until I hit 50 and menopause. Now I am scared of Everything!! Literally. I do not know why or how to overcome it but what you said makes sense and I will definitely think on your words. Thank you!🦋

Yeh, I think this is part of the menopause. It does seem to settle down several years into the menopause. I think the menopause did scatter my brains somewhat. There is a lot going on with changes in the brain when all the hormones are changing at menopause. I have spoken to my friends about it and they went through similar things with anxiety etc. Hang in there....

You know I am 60 now, have traveled as a Nomadic Lifestyle and been in such remote places, but I admit, I have a fear of bear's and cougars for real ! I have always lived fearlessly, even sleeping on forest floor's. However, a fall off mountain side set me back two year's, come August. But I'm getting ready for my next Adventurous Jouney in life. My dog Boondock and I love Frankie !

The clarity of the water in that lake, and the colors were just stunning! And the architecture of that beaver dam was exquisite. How cool to see the beavers swimming and slapping the water with their tails…thank you for sharing that with us. And as someone who has often feared my own shadow (figuratively, not literally like your brief moment on the lake!), I appreciate your reflections about your fears, and what has worked for you. Trusting myself, and taking the time to listen to my own intuition has helped me. Although I think I will always be afraid of big spiders… 😳

Stunning! So grateful you keep the ambient sounds and don’t overlay music. And the lessons on fear … where does it come from, taking it slow (at my own pace) to overcome, continuing to face the world with curiosity and openness even after a challenges (or many challenges). These are the reminders I needed today. (The shadow of your paddle board - that made me laugh and think of Wendy and Peter Pan)

So much here…I love how you describe your relationship with fear…then we see some real life examples of fears or “creep outs”: the unexpected shadow on the bottom of the lake and the spider on your leg. Having mastery over fear doesn’t mean scares don’t come up, it means you face them calmly. I like that.

I got so much from your discussion about fear! Getting outside is a great antidote to fear. During the pandemic when i didn't really ever leave the house I suddenly began to doubt my ability to do anything away from home! Inactivity is terrible for confidence.
