Great. If I have to add progression every 5 weeks for example should I add those in my strength weeks and in my hypertrophy week to pump the reps , because on the strength weeks I must add harder exercises to hit the intensity for 1-8 reps 3,30 m rest. So after mesocycle I must add to the strength week progression. But then on hypertrophy I have to replace the existing exercises with strength progressions that I can do reps. And the other will be endurance week with 30-60 seconds rest high reps If I have a weight vest can I start on the strength weeks to do dips pull ups push ups on rings and just add weight and use those simple exercises and then when I get max Wright just replace those with progressions from the hypertrophy. The main question is how to progress into the different weeks in the msocycle

Yeah, that's pretty much right. Make the progressions easier and harder depending on what rep ranges you need. Easier go to easier progressions, use bands, counterweight pulleys, or things like that. Harder go to harder progressions, weighted vest, ankle weights, reverse bands, etc. Chapter 10 and Part 10 of the series talk about this.
