This resonated so much. The minute you start talking about team and staff well being then your card is marked. They simply do not want to hear it. Every single company I have worked in has been here's the door the second they get a whiff of people first versus company mandates.

Hi Ginny, I recently started following your content and I’m a big fan. I graduated from college not too long ago, and landed a job working for a tech firm. The power of vulnerability and communication is one that I’m learning a lot in the duration of time that I’ve been here. It’s kind of scary to step out of your comfort zone, become a new and different version of yourself for a role that is requiring a strong leader.
