What a strong woman ❤ I felt it when she said depression wants you all to itself, it wants to separate you from people 😢

I love how she let out a beautiful, genuine laughter there at the end after sharing such a heavy experience. Gaona, thank you so much for this podcast. I have seen a couple of comments from Batswana bahaeso bare they had been waiting for a podcast like this in Bots. Le 'na kele Mosotho oa Lesotho oa habo lona I appreciate this podcast. I have been binging on old episodes. I love how candid and vulnerable your guests are, I love how you make them feel comfortable and you allow yourself to be soaked in too. I think that important. The conversations here are so real and informative. Keep up the good work ausi ❤
