Hey! Thank you for the kind message. We definitely feel we have an identity when we stutter, and unfortunately it's not a good one. At times we see ourselves as the disadvantaged or the unworthy because of it. In fact it's all that I've known from a conscious state of living - meaning from when I could consciously think (from like 6yo). Keep me updated with your progress! Speak soon :)

Have suffered from a severe stutter now for 18 years -- since I was 5. I've had years of speech therapy, cycles where it'd get better but then something anxiety related would happen and it'd get worst again. This time I'm determined more than ever, I'm gonna be proactive and really going to work at it. I need to claim control of this. Thanks for posting. You have the right attitude and mindset here.

Hey man, thanks for the video. Seems like the Universe is really forcing me to take a good look at my stuttering and how I let it control my life. I think a part of the problem is we get a self-identity as a stutterer, and it is hard to let this go... for most of us it is all we have known. Thanks again for the video, some great advise.

I've got a really severe stutter but I hardly ever repeat letters I just have full on blocks where nothing comes out for a while. I'm trying to get rid of my head jerking secondary symptom then It would be a bit better lol. People don't realize how stuttering effects every aspect of your life.. Thanks for the video man appreciate it!
